We told the server we all want water no ice. He proceeded to ask each one of us if we wanted ice.He was staring and so slow to understand anything - seemed to us he was high.During dinner he tried to take our plates even though we were still eating.We went to Olive Garden after a long time. But the server put a damper on our experience there.

The food was the same as usual, what you would expect from a chain.Our waitress was terrible. Brought 4 breadsticks for a table of 6 and then argued that she had brought 6 while it was evident that 2 people were sitting without any. You would have thought OG was taking money out of the wait staff's check for them. She was very short with us from the first time she approached the table. I even asked partway through our visit if she was having a bad day. She rolled her eyes and said no. We sat without drink refills for quite a while, and when she approached the table for something, we had to ask for the refillls, she didn't offer them. When we reminded her of items she had forgotten, she came across as if we were inconveniencing her.I watched the rest of the wait staff at neighboring tables, and they were friendly and attentive. It's definitely not what we're used to.I did to her 20% anyway because we've all got to pay our bills, but I think she's definitely in the wrong job. It seemed like a very bad fit.

Waitress was nice. She made sure we had refills without us even having to ask. We had unlimited soup salad and breadsticks and she made sure we had our fill. Food eas amazing.
Place is clean and has a ton of seating. It was busy while we were there but you could barely tell with how the space is set up.Food overall was good, had the Shrimp Scampi and the Chicken Scampi. No complaints with either, but could have used some more seasoning on the shrimp.Biggest issue was the tiramisu as it was still completely frozen in the middle when we got it. I didn't have any, but supposedly it tasted well despite bring frozen solid.

Service is mehhh. Food isn't like it used to be, and the soup, salad, and breadsticks aren't so endless... They delay bringing it out and make you wait so you can't or don't want to get more. ?

Our family used to love going to olive garden but we quit due to the food becoming so bad.
We are from NYC. Impressed with this Olive Garden! Much better than NY. The greeters were friendly. The food was fresh and presented well. The shrimp tells we’re off. The best was our awesome waiter Luis!!! Professional, friend, well manored and polite. He keep checking on us to make sure we were ok and everything we needed. Great experience. I had shrimp scampi. Mom had seafood Alfredo. We both were satisfied.
