Best salsa ever. The food was okay. Kids chicken quesadilla was very dry. It did not have enough filling especially very less cheese. We also ordered burrito smothered in sauce but there wasn't enough sauce on it. It was just okay. Service was very prompt. Ambience is also just okay. It was not clean. There was water on floor which was not cleaned up the entire time we were there.

I gave service 2 stars, only because something was off that night. It looked like 2 servers on the sunday before Christmas. A local was explaining that it typically wasn't such poor service. The food was excellent though. Earning my 4 stars. I can deal with time, as long as it's right once it hits the table.

Got seated on a Sunday around 4 and was not busy. Sat for 10 minutes with no server. People behind us got here after us and they got their drinks ordered all while nobody even came to our table. Walked out due to no service.

Haven’t eaten at an On the Border in years! The food was as good as I remember. Great service too. Kat was an excellent waitress. Will be back!

On October 19th my friend and I came to this location right at opening. The man that greeted us was super friendly and very polite that’s the only good thing I can say. He brings out our chips and salad keep in mind we were the first people. I turn the chips around and there sat a dead centipede in the chips.

I’m a very reasonable person and know these things can happen. It makes me question how the food is stored. The 3 waiters were also auguring right in front of the door over which tables they were going to take. Everything seemed so un welcoming and very unprofessional. Need I add again a dead bug in the food? They offered us free queso in return..

I came there and nobody paid an attention. I was waiting for my take out order for 20 minutes, workers just walked around and didn’t even came to ask me about the order. When I went through the bar and asked a waiter about my order she was rude and said when it’s ready they will give it to me. It had to be ready 20 minutes ago when I came in there!

very bad experience...crumbled chips made the experience poor...margarita did not have any alcohol and had to order a shot of tequila on the side to put in the margarita...I love margaritas and found this to be strike 2. I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant.

A joke of a “business”

We were here Sunday Sept 29 and were the only ones in the bar. When we arrived golf was on one of the tvs and no football. My husband asked if they could turn on some football. A few minutes later, the golf channel was turned back to women’s basketball, although no one except for three women servers were in the bar. My husband asked for the golf back on but it was never turned back on. I signed up for a rewards card and got $2.00 off, however our server could not figure out how to apply it so we did not get the 2.00 off either. The food was good, but customer service sadly lacking.

Food is good, tasty for sure. I like that they don't skimp on the cheese or seasoning. Great portions. Inside is a bit dreary and can sometimes smell like old mop water. Curb side to go is a great option. Friendly people ask around.

Had a delicious dinner there tonight and our server made the experience even better. Marlon was upbeat and fun which made the meal even better.
