I've been visiting different coffee shops around the Cbus area just to get a sense of what works for me as a bibliophile ...for me personally, atmosphere is #1 as I always go to sit and read. I came here on a Sunday morning and will definitely be back. I only got a hot tea, so I can't comment on their coffee. Some comments seem to complain that the workers don't engage enough with the customers, but I don't give a crap ...I'm a bookish introvert who goes places for the ambiance, not small talk. They answered my questions and took care of my order ...that's all I need. The music was nice and chill, not distracting in any way. I can say that the view and seating seems to be better up front than on the side, which has a view of only construction at the moment. The bar along the windows with stools is a little low for me to comfortably read and take notes. I will try to come closer to opening time to score one of the tables next to the front window.
The baristas are super friendly and helpful. They will validate your parking for 1 hour in the garage as well.

The service was really nice. I enjoyed it very much. My tea was out standing.

They are nice as long as you shut up and don’t say nothing; especially the manager guy who wears the hat. They don’t want to talk, joke or converse with black people; found that out the hard way.

I really enjoyed the vanilla ice Chai latte I had here and the sausage breakfast burrito! Definitely checking out the pastries next time I'm in! Everything looked delicious 😋

I’ve come here for years. Their coffee is some of Columbus best and more curated; hands down. Staff are always fairly upbeat and friendly. Wonderful art that cycles, on the walls and for sale, including plants and succulents. They sell coffee beans as well, I have taken them home countless times and many varieties. I cannot speak much to their food or pastries or alcoholic beverages. I would anticipate the same quality as their other offerings. A consistently great coffee shop and far better than most.

The chai was mediocre, pretty sweet and not very flavorful. The person working at the counter did not seem to want to interact with other people. I asked a question about their menu and got a one word response. A bit off-putting.
I arrived in the U.S. 11 months ago and have been to Texas, Alabama, Michigan, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Missouri, Florida, and Louisiana. In all that time, this is the only coffee shop that has truly impressed me with their black coffee. I’m not sure what’s going on with coffee culture in the U.S. or why people think burnt dark roast is good, but this place is different. Highly recommend! The Java and Colombia Huila are absolute nectar!
Товарищам с бывшего СССР, кто любит фильтр и светлую обжарку точно зайдет! Всем Мир!

“Dog friendly”
Not a great experience here. One Line has a dog friendly patio, however you have to order inside the cafe. I decided to call and ask how I should order since Columbus has pretty strict rules about allowing dogs inside food establishments. Barista zach mentioned that I should order online (which was also odd because I could have just as easily ordered over the phone). I started my order online, but realized that the sandwich I wanted was slightly more expensive on the toast website than in the cafe. So, I decided to walk in and I let Zach know this. He told me it was okay for me to come in with my dog and place my order. The cashier (I assume he was a manager?) told me that Zach had already mentioned that I had to order online. I explained the situation again, and told him I would just order quickly and go back to the patio. (I should’ve just left at this point but I was hungry lol). Every customer (3 different groups since I arrived) who sat at the patio, were brought their food by the barista in glassware/ plates. My order was brought out in a disposable cup/paper box. I’m not sure if I was treated differently due to having my dog and upsetting the manager for going inside to order. Admittedly the food was fresh, however the treatment left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of this experience I will never support this business again.

Nice patio but I'm not crazy about their coffee. Too fruit forward for me, and a bit acidic. But some people love it.

A nice little cafe with tables to study or do some work. Their coffee is decent for a small little neighborhood cafe
