Great food but HORRIBLE service. We sat there for 50 minutes watching other tables that arrived later than us get served. It took 25 minutes for them to take our order. In the end they said it was going to be another 10 due to running out of rice. That's just bad management. This is the 3rd time I had to walk out without food because they are so bad. The first time we sat there for 30 minutes and nobody talked to us. We left and never interacted with the staff.

I used to get the sushi Panini all the time last year but the past 2 times I ordered it this year it has been extremely plain. I ordered spicy tuna and it looks like they just slapped some tuna from a can onto it and it’s not even spicy in the slightest. It’s missing avocado when it’s suppose to come with it! Very disappointed because I really used to love this place but I will not be ordering from here anymore!

I think it’s as someone else stated, they put zero care into to go orders. I ordered 4 sushi rolls and paid extra for sauces that I did not receive. I also asked for sauce on the side and paid extra for that. It was drenched. I wouldn’t have paid to customize if they were just going to do whatever they wanted to do anyway. The rice was hard. No utensils. I gave 2 stars because this seems to be a constant. It is on the pricy side, so to spend that amount of money & be let down is insane. You can find way better sushi in Columbus for the same price, better portions, and more attentive. Will not be returning.
