Food was great. Our server never took the menus off the table nor did she remove any plates from our table. We had stacked up plates all over the table.

Waitress did good, the steak that came out medium rare (ordered medium) was not her fault. With wife pregnant, she wanted to ensure she had a steak she could eat. This was sent back and the manager helped facilitate bringing the new steak out. However the staff delivering the food delivered all of our drinks, appetizers and entrees to the table behind us the duration of our visit... and brought all of their items to our table. Every single item was essentially swapped between our tables. And to top of it, a dog (not a service dog) walked completely under our table. The only thing we brought to their attention was the steak issue, but outback is a favorite and went for my birthday. We will again go to outback, just not that location.

There were a total of three people sitting at the counter. It took over fifteen minutes for me to put in my to-go order and to be served a drink.The lettuce, tomato, and onions I ordered were almost nonexistent, amounting to a minuscule amount put in the middle of the sandwich.I do not mind paying top dollar for good food, but this burger simply was not it.

My wife and I just left after being seated and waiting 15 minutes to even be acknowledged as wait staff walked by several times. Not that busy and the managers didn't seem to care . Never Again boo .
This is the second time we've tried to eat there. Got seated and then completely overlooked, no one served us so for the second we left and went somewhere else. Never going to try again.

Husband and I ate dinner on 3/23/24. The food was delicious service not so great. I believe that they had got Texas Roadhouse overflow. Waitress was very slowing our food we waited 45 minutes for entre. She never brought straw for my drink I asked her twice. We might go back but set at bar area. Service might be better.
