I haven’t gone to a PF Changs for about 10 years now and went for the very first time today. For context I’ve dined Michelin all over NYC and CHI. Yes I know this is a chain restaurant, but it’s supposedly a higher tier chain. However this was the biggest let down for a meal I’ve ever had. The service was super slow! Took 15 minutes to get a glass of sake. All the appetizers and entrees were cold and absolutely flavorless. My 1 year old nephew’s baby food has a better flavor profile than this. Our hostess was great and very attentive. Gordon Ramsay would shit on this kitchen for the lack of quality in the food. Corporate needs to stop cutting corners and charging ridiculous prices for garbage food. For those reviewers raving about it have obviously not eaten at good restaurants or have developed their palates enough. My family and I will never be back to this terrible chain and I look forward to the day PF Changs goes bankrupt and closes every single restaurant.

We had a party of 8 shopping on Black Friday. I looked for reservations the day before and this was the only place available at Easton for that size of a party at lunchtime. I'm glad we got to take a shopping break there. Great food, relaxing atmosphere, great service.

Where should I begin? Well we entered at roughly 6:30 on Monday night and the restaurant was very slow. We waited at the hostess stand to be acknowledged for well over 5 minutes, then once sat we waited 17 minutes on a basic table greet from our server. I’ve worked FOH in restaurants for over 30yrs and I literally had to go back to the hostess stand and interrupt her from playing on her phone to see if we had a server coming at all. She got our server, and the kid didn’t apologize for taking an extremely long time, didn’t fill our waters immediately and took forever to get our drinks to us. All 4 of us ordered some sort of an app, 2 soups and 2 sushi rolls and once they were completed we waited another 25 minutes before having to ask our server again whether or not our meals were ever coming out, which was a rare filet and shrimp lo mein. He acted like he saw a ghost when we asked him and he replied “OH NO!!! I HAVEN’T SEEN THEM IN THE KITCHEN” and literally sprinted back to the kitchen to check. At this point we were closing in on an hour since waking in and hadn’t received our meals. When the food came it was barely warm and had definitely been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be ran, but sadly wasn’t. We had to ask other servers for refills twice and the kids pre-bussing was also terrible. A manager never stopped by to do a table check which was also a surprise. This experience was terrible at best and we will not be coming back anytime soon. Our server was either very new or just terrible at his job or not properly trained.

This place is great! I just went in to pick up a takeout order but the atmosphere was very nice. The food tasted pretty good too. If you have food allergies, I would recommend looking up the allergen menu online before you head in because some dishes had unexpected allergens. It was a very thorough and up to date menu so that was great.

I thought an item was left out of my order but it actually wasn’t. I told them about it before I realized though and they still “replaced” it. If they see this I just want to say thanks guys - that was a bit of a rough day for me and you really made it better.

I’ve never been more disappointed with PF changs in my life. The manager did make it right, don’t ever do this to anyone again. This is horrible

The restaurant always seems slightly sticky. The drinks are lack luster; I’d definitely rather pay the same for a drink at J Alexander’s but my husband really enjoys P.F. Chang’s sesame chicken. The egg drop soup is a healthy and lite option. Skip the drinks, js 😂
