Bread and other pastries offered are pretty good quality I have to admit. I was talking to the lady at the front the one that wears glasses about purchasing large amounts of bread for my business and she was so very rude. Even told me that I would not find the contact information on Google. She Told me that I couldn’t take a business card (even though they were available). She didn’t have a price sheet so that I could even make an order. And Told me that I would have to order in person which I’m fine with and I’m also fine with leaving a deposit but the way she came about it was very rude and offputting. I definitely will not be doing business with this bread shop. That’s OK it’s their loss Not mine. If you guys want to stay in business, You should most definitely reevaluate your customer service skills. Their prices are kinda high as well. And I believe the only reason that they are staying in business is because they are at the exit door of a large grocery store and that’s it. I don’t know if she thought maybe I was just kidding or if I was just trying to get her prices for the competition of other bread shops or if she was just not happy with me being a Caucasian woman running a “Mexican food business” And just chose not to be affiliated with us that’s her choice if that’s the case but again like I said their loss not mine! Just thought y’all should know!

I hardly leave reviews but honestly this was such poor service I have to. I ordered a cake and the guy didn’t take my name or number (even though I asked and told him, he didn’t write it down). He didnt say a deposit was required but rather and I quote “are you gonna leave money for it or what”. Anyway I go to try to pick it up and they said “no you can’t you need the note” WHAT NOTE?? So I had to head back home to try and find the receipt to prove I bought it. They offered no help. Honestly just go to la michoacana. Cake taste better, same price and there’s no hassle.

An employee who works at the bakery in my town in La Saraga is very bad and rude to customers. My staff had ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, they never made it how I asked, and instead of the lady understanding She got really rude.

This place is amazing !!!!
Very disappointed, they made my hot bread all tight and it was ruined. I wanted it for bread with chicken and it can't be done.
I was told at 8:57 p.m. that they were closed by a young woman behind the register. Sign said open. Google says open until 9:30 p.m. I just wanted a piece of tres leches. Who suddenly closes at 8:57?
employees are not friendly to customers
The woman who attends the bakery saw two occasions in the same week that we arrived at 8:30 very early and the lady says that it is already closed and she even hides the pinsas and trays for not wanting to serve the customers and she has a very bad attitude yes clearly Say on your page that they close at 9:30 pm so that they want a business if they don't want to bend it's a pity because their bread is very good.
Made us absolutely amazing wedding cakes for our special day.Awesome baked treats as well.
Very rude worker, Jennifer. 8:42 just closed when I bring my cookie to the counter. Won't take cash even. Smile while being rude.

Perfecto!!! Very good cakes and pastries. They have phenomenal Trece Leches milk cake!! $12 for three humongous slices
Today I was there, obviously I didn't buy bread ? the employee there was without a mask ? serving customers and going around the bread cabinets (checking the bread)
Best tres leches in Columbus.
They have the best cheesecake!
