The last 2 or 3 times we've ordered delivery from this location, we have had multiple drivers accept the order only to cancel until the order itself is finally cancelled. I've repeatedly attempted to call the store, as the delivery instructions state to do if there are issues, and no one answers the phone. Tonight, even Panda Express Delivery Support tried calling the store and no one picked up. Unless you're ordering INSIDE the store, I would not recommend attempting to dine here. Waste of time and now I have to wait 10-12 business days for *another* refund.

I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour, they canceled it and then replaced it in seconds. 2 hours later, there was no sign of my order. I called the location on N High St. several times to no avail. After they closed, I received a call that my order was canceled and that I 'd have to dispute the charge with my bank.

Food was great, but when the lady dropped my food on the floor, I asked her to remake it, and she just looked at me like nothing happened is when I got mad. she then added a bunch of random charges on the end

I ordered delivery.. I don't know what some of these bad reviews are about because this food was awesome! I ordered a big tray and a few a la carte dishes and oh my God absolutely delicious everything I got was delicious hot and fresh! I got a lot of food and only paid $40.. don't take my word for it.. try it yourself!! Absolutely worth every penny!
