Worst Panda Express I’ve ever had first bites of the chicken upset my stomach. I went to finish the food after I waited 2 hours for it to calm down. I later threw up while walking around cause how bad my stomach hurt. This store should definitely be looked at to see if they have cooked everything properly. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!

This store took my order through the app, took my money, and then cancelled the order with no explanation, no apology, no refund. What’s more, they refused to answer their store phone. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION.

Just picked up an order around 4:30pm on Monday 12/30/24. Placed it online through their website and when it was picked up the location was not busy, they even texted me it was done 10 minutes ahead of time. Yet when I got it home my order was wrong. Tried to contact this location via phone and no one answered, no voicemail system either.

Just really crappy that the staff isn't checking orders especially when they're slow enough to get them out fast. The food was also not as flavorful or fresh as other locations in the area. I would just say this Panda Express is low quality at best.

Food is way better on first shift. It's a completely different place when second shift takes over. Food quality is not as good. Service is average. Ordered sesame chicken but there was no sesame seeds..not cooked all the way through and mushy. Not at all the quality I receive on first shift. Wasted my money tonight because the quality of the food was terrible.

Update: 11/22/24 my whole family has food poisoning due to the chicken not being cooked all the way through! 🤮

State Farm “Jacob Bank” Jake

Do not order directly off the app get it yourself. They gave my order to the wrong person and cancelled it. DoorDash sent 3 more drivers to grab it and actually called the last one while he was in there watching them remake it…still cancelled! They provided me a refund but it’ll take 10 business to be returned which is ridiculous. No credits, no urgency, no nothing. I would’ve hated if it was my last dollar and I chose to feed the kids with it. Literally a 1/10 experience. Order a pizza instead

Leaving a review since store phone line is cut. Wanted to let y’all know that you have employees who think it’s acceptable to place a half-full box of white rice on the pickup shelf (missing its two entrees) with the rest of an order. Maybe I could understand forgetting the little box that the third entree comes in, but there should be absolutely no scenario in which someone closes that box of rice and thinks it’s ready for pickup. Was not a terribly busy time either, so I wouldn’t blame it on that. Normally I have no complaints about Panda, but it only takes one atrocious mistake like that to warrant this kind of review.

Forgot my sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls, why do fast food places forget sauces constantly? So annoying!!! I got the fortune cookie of course but the sauce is way more important to toss in the bag.

It's pretty good. Not the best. The orange chicken is delicious and staff was nice enough, but didn't really go out of their way to provide memorable or excellent service. The meal was pretty cheap for the amount of food that I received.

The egg rolls are just flat out gross. Avoid those.

I left with a very mixed feeling, just like this review
