I got a bowl of the rice and kung pao and it was sooo salty. I feel as tho the food is always bad during the week and only good during the weekends!! The worker always seemed like she didn’t want to help us .

Terrible service supposed manager said I had to get rice when I told her I only wanted meat and then I told her I wanted the 3 meat meal but in a bowl. She proceeded to have the cashier charge me for a bowl and a 3 meat meal then when I told her to forget it because that's not what I wanted. She proceeded to say you don't know what it's like to work in food. Excuse me I'm a server and I've ran plenty of restaurants. So for her to just assume is total BS I'll never ever go back there.

Trash!! Absolute trash!! That had almost nothing available (including items that my 3 year old will actually eat). The manager didn't seem to care nor did she apologize for the inconvenience of us standing in line for 15+ minutes.

Kids bought dishes here. Everyone else bought at other restaurants in the mall. We had all finished by the time they returned. Daughter’s chicken was not cut up and was very fatty! Server was very nice apparently (kids wanted me to add that comment). Do not recommend
We ordered a catering spread which was great until we found a bug in our food. If I could add a picture of how disgusting it was I would!

My daughter had hurt her hand while at Easton and this restaurant went above and beyond to offer ice and a cold drink to help her. Very kind people working here.

Refused to give a refill on my fountain drink saying they don't do them but there was no sign before purchasing. Refills on fountain drinks is standard practice in the US and I would have not purchased one if I was aware of it before.

Very long waiting time. The reason? Only 1 staff is working at the front and the other 2 were just wandering at the back with doing nothing. Looks like the employees here don't have a sense about timing and don't care about the customers.
I order kong pow chicken and there are more vegetables then chicken.
Today i tried the angus steak and it was over cooked.
I really like the food from there most of the time. But when i pay for something i expect to get what i ordered and paid for !
