Every time I come to this panda express they’re rude. They’re not doing their job completely. I work upstairs at the bubble tea place and it’s like they always just got an attitude or they’re always half ass doing their job jobs. I don’t even know why any of them employees work down there? I wanted a bowl and then I switched it around and asked for a plate and she barely gave me the bare minimum so I had to go back down there and spend more money that than I expected to even spin in the first place I’m so tired of them and the manager joy or whatever her name is down there she’s rude too. That whole place needs to be shut down.

The staff here was racist to my mother. My mother whose native language isn't English(not that she can't speak English at all) was overcharged on purpose. The premium sides is a $1.50 for a large plate, but they charged my mother $6.90 for it(price of a full plate of the premium side). And they gave my mom the side in a really small cup(not a bowl or a plate but a small cup— the ones they use to serve special sauces). When I noticed they were doing that, I asked the cashier very nicely thinking it was a mistake, instead they cussed at me and screamt at me.

Canceled my order for no reason! When I called she said that they cancelled it because DoorDash was there early. Then told me to come pick it up...I told her I paid for delivery. I made them refund it. Totally ridiculous!

I got a bowl of the rice and kung pao and it was sooo salty. I feel as tho the food is always bad during the week and only good during the weekends!! The worker always seemed like she didn’t want to help us .

Terrible service supposed manager said I had to get rice when I told her I only wanted meat and then I told her I wanted the 3 meat meal but in a bowl. She proceeded to have the cashier charge me for a bowl and a 3 meat meal then when I told her to forget it because that's not what I wanted. She proceeded to say you don't know what it's like to work in food. Excuse me I'm a server and I've ran plenty of restaurants. So for her to just assume is total BS I'll never ever go back there.
Trash!! Absolute trash!! That had almost nothing available (including items that my 3 year old will actually eat). The manager didn't seem to care nor did she apologize for the inconvenience of us standing in line for 15+ minutes.

Kids bought dishes here. Everyone else bought at other restaurants in the mall. We had all finished by the time they returned. Daughter’s chicken was not cut up and was very fatty! Server was very nice apparently (kids wanted me to add that comment). Do not recommend
