Refused to give a refill on my fountain drink saying they don't do them but there was no sign before purchasing. Refills on fountain drinks is standard practice in the US and I would have not purchased one if I was aware of it before.

I order kong pow chicken and there are more vegetables then chicken.Today i tried the angus steak and it was over cooked.I really like the food from there most of the time. But when i pay for something i expect to get what i ordered and paid for !

Their food is always dry never temp right they need to replace food but want to keep it bc it hasn’t sold health dept need to stop by & light the ? if food don’t sell u still hav to get rid of it after a certain time & dnt add the fresh food wit wats already been sitting there last time going to this

This location is inside the mall at Easton Town Center so it's usually busy. The food is okay, regular Panda Express food that I eat more for the memories than taste the orange chicken is my favorite and typically a good choice.

We stopped by last night on the way home from an event, and the staff was great. Service was fast and friendly, despite it being ten minutes til closing. Sometimes you get what you get at closing time, i.e., the dry last bit of chicken etc, but the portions were good, and the food was really good and fresh tasting.

The staff at my location on N Hamilton are so friendly, and I never feel rushed to make a decision! I always go in vs the drive thru, so I can sample and to make sure I get fresh and hot food. The food and the staff are always on point! Highly recommended my location!

Very long waiting time. The reason? Only 1 staff is working at the front and the other 2 were just wandering at the back with doing nothing. Looks like the employees here don't have a sense about timing and don't care about the customers.
