Food was not as fresh as other locations. The best locations I think is Westerville and Delaware. Food is always fresh and hot at these locations. Wasn't impressed with this Gahanna location. The manager was kind of rude and pushy.

Beware of this racist manager. I asked for a manager and she said she is one. She had a disgusting attitude towards me the moment I walked in. She is arrogant, ruthless, & a disgrace to managers all around. Panda Express, please reevaluate the people you hire for certain positions!!

I came in at 9:27pm and waited for a staff member to come assist me, they cleaned their hands and greeted to help me. Everyone was already preparing for closing which I understood as they close at 10. I was ordering their new bourbon chicken as a bowl and it seems I got the last of the bit and when I proceeded to tell them that I would need a plate with that same chicken I was informed that wasn’t possible as I got the last bit from the pan. But I still need more and yall don’t close until 10? I would even understand if I came at 9:45 but I came here at 9:27? They told me lobby closes at 9:30 and the drive through until 10.. ok but 1. You failed to tell me lobby was lobby was closing soon 2. Even if I left and went through the drive through I would still want the same chicken meaning you’d have to make more anyway?! They realized I was right but tried to argue that the lobby was closed but I still repeated that regardless I would go to my car and order the same chicken through the drive through. They proceeded to tell me that it was fine and they’d do it but it would be a 5 min wait and I said I would wait and I could see the annoyance in their faces. Like how am I at fault? I wasn’t showing up requesting you give me fresh everything 5 mins before close

You cannot beat the price for the quality of food that you get! You get more (and tastier) food than you pay for in my opinion. Such nice and patient staff. This is a great chain! Never had a bad experience with the staff or the food at any of the locations I've been to.

Pretty much on par for a good Panda Express. We love this location. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t use white meat in the dishes labeled “chicken breast.” Today they did and the food was on point! Thanks guys
