I had a pickup order and showed the cashier the name. the name on the receipt of the bag she had and the order on my phone was the exact same. the lady refused to give me the order and I had to take it out of her hands. she then filmed me on her phone as I left the restaurant. please teach your employees to read! worst pickup experience in my life.

Mayra Martínez store #1162, extremely rude and condescending, they messed up our order after having to repeat our order multiple times. They made us drive around and wait in line again and would not adjust our order at the window. She blatantly said she did not care if we had to drive around and wait in line. Gave us attitude once we got back to the window.

Recently went there. June 21 2023. The first thing they tell us there are no more samples. They've always allowed a little sample on a toothpick. Not anymore. They have stopped with spoons. That's hard for kids. When I went to pay they charged me for three people. I tried to stop her. She said " oh sorry, it's too late." I ended up not getting my money back. They said it couldn't be done. I had ordered mushrooms and chicken. She had put 3 scoops of rice and 1 small scoop of ckn and mushrooms. There was NO taste. I tried soy sauce. I was really shocked. I'll never go there again.
