Upon arriving home with my order of a dozen everything bagels, I discovered that the bagels were hard and tasted stale, as if they had been baked the previous night. Consequently, I will not be ordering bagels from Panera in the future.

We just had a great experience at your restaurant. Our food was delicious. I want to give a huge compliment to Robin in the dining room. She very thoroughly cleaned to the point of moving chairs and tables to make sure everything was clean. Her effort should not go unnoticed.

The food was good, and the store was clean but I saw this girl named Kylie be super rude to 2 elderly people because they hey asked for separate bags and she said no but gave in eventually. Other than that it was nice!

Good ol’ Panera experience. I’ve been to probably 15 different Paneras and this was another one for the books. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. The drinks were very low (some out), but it was a couple of hours before close. Fun fact, Green tea does not mix with onion rings if you were curious. Thank you, Mr. Covelli.
