I have to say I am so disappointed in this new menu. Panera discontinued 3 of my favorite items that I would order. No more flat bread pizza ,steak and cheddar sandwich. So now I have to find a new favorite place to eat. I did try something different but did not like it. Bye panera.

I usually come here everyday right before work, and it's a wonderful location but after today, I felt belittled, disrespected. And fear for my life. As I usually do I got to Panera early right when they just open almost and use my sip club to get something to drink. Now usually a lil later bout 10am I'm usually going back to refill my drink, and at this time I needed some napkins, and a fork. Well after proceeding into the business to grab a fork which the rep who was in the Cafe area, had no problem providing me , and proceeded to direct me to were the napkins is. About 10 min after and exiting the building. The store manager Robert came charging behind me in my face yelling "your stealing items from my store without a purchase " this behavior is very very unacceptable, and honestly I was quit afraid. This man charging at a women who is smaller than him. And yelling. The manager ROBERT proceeded to get in my face, and yell about how you can't just come in and grab things "napkins". After asking him to politely get out my face he proceeded to jump around imitating a monkey. And yelling very weird like. I was very intimidated, and frighten, and felt attacked a bit at what was taking place because I just went in to get napkins. ?

The rudest customer service that I have ever experienced from start to finish from your cashier Doneisha. Everything from rolling her eyes, talking under her breath and poor attitude in general.The time before that, an older manager who was doing cashier duties had the same atttude in a similar situation.This used to be a place I loved to come to but now it's obviously that customer service is no longer a priority. That's pretty sad..

After my online order was wrong, Then I called then he did a follow up he did reach out back and gave feedback as promised . I am still impressed!10 STARS for Zach for going above and beyond.

I met my financial advisor there. Perfect for that. I had the pick two, salad and creamy wild rice soup. Both were good as is my usual experience there.Parking: It's in a strip mall near a large chain grocery store.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious.
