The manager was very rude when we came in at 8 when they closed at nine. It seemed like he had a problem with us showing up even though it was a hour before close. We ordered our food for here and they bagged it up to go instead of for here. It is not good customer service, and I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

I have the unlimited hot tea, hot coffee, iced coffee plan. I absolutely love that the plan is good at every Panera I have been at in Central Ohio. Love my hot cup of tea with skim milk. I get so dehydrated that drinking something besides water is really nice. The plan is now $8.99 for 30 days then it auto bills my charge card. Just stop by a Panera and give them my registered phone number and get my paid for already large cup.

Thanks for being unresponsive to phone calls, for not providing any notice that you planned to deliver my order 20 minutes late, for absolutely disrupting the flow of my event and the resulting delay in all aspects of the day by 30+ minutes. Thanks for pushing decent mom and pop caterers out of business leaving one subpar, soulless corporate husk of a company to provide a mediocre meal at a premium price. Thank you very much, I am sure to think twice before ordering $600 worth of catering in the future - no need to worry though - the options open to me for breakfast are very limited, so I’ll probably have to settle for your lax customer service, casual attitude towards significant mistakes on your part and bland, boring breakfast offerings. Thanks Panera, you’ve made my morning much much worse.

Came in to work on a paper. Wifi was down, food was cold, "dark" coffee was like water and luke warm. Bible studies occurring at all tables around me. Intimidating. Wont be back.

I love Panera. The food is so tasty and fresh. And you can't beat the cafe atmosphere and free WiFi. This location desperately needs to get its service together though. I went in one day to work and the WiFi was down. Went in another day and it took us a very long time to get through the line - others behind me were complaining. And through all of my trips, the staff just weren't very helpful. I understand system difficulties but I didn't feel taken care of afterward. I think I'll go to the Worthington location from now on until the problems are resolved at this spot. The Worthington location is cozy, clean, and gets me my WiFI and food.

Only able to have 1 and half cups of coffee. Hazelnut ran out. Ice machine didn't work. Tables were dirty. Wouldn't check my balance on my gift card unless I bought something. Not a great experience. 3 stars is generous.

I was there for a networking/ coffee meeting. Staff was quick and friendly, it is usually a bit busy and noisy in there but still good.

Their app is the best thing going for them! If you want something from Panera and looking to take out, try the app because it's that darn good. A+

This Panera is always busy @ lunch. They can't seem to keep enough employees to keep up. The carpet is in poor condition & should be replaced in the spring. Otherwise, the food is always good.
