Food came a half hour late, cold, and incorrect. I understand missing a substitution or something small
But ALL customizations were ignored and one was for lactose intolerance so the sandwich was inedible. An entire loaf of bread was missing
Very disappointed, mostly because it was not busy and the employees didn’t even seem engaged so there is no reason to miss important simple instructions. Staff was friendly though

Came through the drive through to get chicken noodle soup. Was given my bag and noticed the bag was leaking. The person who prepared my order didn’t shut the lid all the way and my soup leaked out. So I went back just for them to give me a bowl full of broth with barely any contents. What a rip off. I won’t be back here .

I placed a pick up order today (a variety of a dozen bagels cut and toasted with cream cheese). I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the bagels were sorted by bagel type and each type was inside a plastic bag. Utensils and napkins were also included in the bag and my order was ready when I picked it up this morning around 6:30am! The last time I purchased a dozen bagels they were all thrown in a Panera box and we had to dig in the box to find the one we wanted so this was a nice change to see! I called the store and spoke with a manager to let them know how impressed I was! Great job and customer experience!

One of lady’s behind the counter where they make the food was rude. First off, she was on her phone. When I asked for my cups so i can fill my drinks, she gave a look of confusion and sighed as if I was bothering her. The drink machines are very gross. The facility inside needs to be cleaned. At least my food was good. I for sure will not be back to this location though from my experience today. It definitely was not worth the $45 ish cost today here.

Every time I buy chocolate chip cookies here they are always hard as a rock. I always get the 4 pack even today it’s the same result. All 4 are hard as a rocks. I will no longer get any food. I’ve given them too many chances.

Not gonna lie , the oatmeal was cold twice , the second time I asked the manager 02/08/25 early in the morning around 7 if he could make sure it’s hot, well not only was it cold but he also lied :/ portions are awful
