Wanted to try the Italian sub due to high ratings. The sandwich was good but there was so much oil on it that the wrap was drenched and it leaked through the paper sack. When I got it home I had to wipe it down and still ended up using all of the napkins (about 8) while I ate it. I don't know if thats normal or if the preparer went a little crazy with the bottle of oil. It makes me not want to try it again.

I order from this location via DoorDash because it’s closest and have also went to the restaurant, but my negative review stems solely from the DoorDash experience. Numerous times there have been items missing or they give me the wrong item. After the experience today, I decided to leave a review because I’m fed up with the service. They clearly don’t pay attention and seal the bag for the dasher without a second thought. Thankfully, DoorDash gives me a refund each time but it’s absolutely ridiculous this keeps happening at this location. My most recent order only had two sandwiches and a soup and one of the sandwiches was missing when my boyfriend and I unsealed the bag. For the price point they should be making sure all the food is there before they seal it. Definitely don’t recommend ordering from here or the service.

Horrible!!! Dirty, out of everything, and horrible staff.

I ordered a grilled cheese for my child and they had no regular bread. Had to put in on ciabatta, and for a 3 year old thats crazy. I then order tomato soup, and they were out of that too!!!

Great place to meet with friends for lunch with its relaxing atmosphere made cozy by the burning fire place in cold weather. The place was clean and the food fresh and tasty. It seems a bit pricey lately but our rewards card helped to offset the price for lunch.

Came the other day for my daily black coffee since panera coffee is my go to. An hr later felt sick, like puking. It was the only thing I ingested at the time. Never happened before at a Panera location.

Ordered online a whole Chicken Caesar salad and got NO Chicken on it. Also, no fork (only spoon)...how many people eat salad with a spoon? Called store and was told I have to come back to fix. Asked about Rewards credit or other but was sold they cannot do anything. Paid by gift card so I can't dispute cost. Manager would not even talk to me. Poor service the employee who answered phone did not even apologize for the problem. Owner needs to do some training starting with the Manager!

Panera used to be such a good place to eat. They had the best rye bread with caraway seeds.
The changes they went through really brought the place downhill.
I still occasionally get the sourdough bread, or a pastry. But the prices are such that I only do that on occasion.
My last visit I had to wait a long time for service. This trend towards kiosk orders is annoying.

Food came a half hour late, cold, and incorrect. I understand missing a substitution or something small
But ALL customizations were ignored and one was for lactose intolerance so the sandwich was inedible. An entire loaf of bread was missing
Very disappointed, mostly because it was not busy and the employees didn’t even seem engaged so there is no reason to miss important simple instructions. Staff was friendly though
