Not gonna lie , the oatmeal was cold twice , the second time I asked the manager 02/08/25 early in the morning around 7 if he could make sure it’s hot, well not only was it cold but he also lied :/ portions are awful

My boyfriend and I had the green goddess salad and it made us so sick. 30 minutes later we were puking our guts out. We will never return.

There was no sauce on my sandwich which made it even more dry than the chicken on it & only had 3 small noodles in my chicken noodle soup. I waited a while (by myself as there was no one else in line) before anyone came to take my order & when a lady did, she was a bit short with me as if she didn't wanna speak to me or do her job. Unlikely that I'll be back anytime soon. Too expensive for the poor portions. Annoyed by poor service. A smile & a thank you goes a long way in my book.

Ordered on tablet, ordered french onion soup, cold. Ordered hot chocolate with added carmal. Handed me a cup, asked where I was supposed to make it. Told they make it at next window. I was met with total confusion. Finally, someone said they would make it. I told her about the added carmel she said they don't have it. I said I was charged for it. Then asked if I want chocolate milk?? Hot chocolate was horrible didn't even taste like hot chocolate. Asked for to go box again nothing but, confusion. The angry woman running the kitchen part said there were bags under the counter. Only bags nothing to put around the sandwiches had to ask again. Very unorganized will not be back!

They just left me standing there for a long time . All I had was a toasted bagel and nobody wanted to take care of me !!! When I asked where my bagel was I got no answer from nobody!

Om. This is the worst panera ever. Firstly, Panera is a scam when it comes to their deals. On the website, there was a soup and half tuna salad for if it's over $7 so, I go ahead and click on it, and then I asked me for my zip code I put it in and all of a sudden all the soup and sandwich dishes disappear from the menu I call them and talk to three separate people and eventually they tell him to come to the store. I get to the store and then they tell me that they don't know anything about that. So I order a full meal with a salad and then they leave out my salad so I called them so that they can get my salad ready before I get there because I am on a Time crunch. The girl could not spell Elizabeth. She said she had a problem with spelling. So I'm thinking okay how weird if you cannot spell Elizabeth so I start spelling it for her she has me spell it three times and on the fourth time I just told her that I don't want to be rude to her so she just needs to get me somebody else and then she hangs up! I had had Panera before covid and it was really good for some reason everything was just mediocre at best. At least the soup was hot. That was the only good thing about this whole experience. The squash soup was so sweet, it was inedible.

What an awful delivery experience!! First, for 2 salads and 2 soups I spent $61!! When the order was delivered we were missing the bread bowl and one of the salads. I called the store and the manager said "I see that. One of your salads is sitting here and we are out of bread bowls" I asked how he could make it right and after saying the only thing they could do was have me come in and I declined he said he could submit a request for a refund. I called the corporate number and they were not much more helpful. They could credit the Panera account..but if I reordered my missing food, I would be charged the convenience charge, delivery fee and any applicable tip, or they could issue a refund...they can take up to 30 days. Do better Panera! If you can't offer delivery, don't make it an option

Bought a regular coffee and a latte just to find out they had no coffee in the coffee bar. A few drops of coffee came out.
Had to wait for someone to brew. This happens when it's run by a manager that doesn't have the time to train employees correctly. Please have your coffee ready for your customers as soon as we walk in the shop especially on a cold evening. How hard can that be?

everything is great but the pictures by the cashier, one of grapes and one of arugula greens are bolted upside down. it's very tacky, kind of an eyesore and uncomfortable to look at

This is by far the worst Panera, I ordered a Mac N Cheese and they literally gave running cream. The cashier had the audacity to say we don’t make the food, it’s prepackaged.
