Disappointing when you walk out of the place and by the service exit off Parsons there is a food prep person smoking a cigarette with their prep gloves still and a pile of cigarettes on the ground.

Customer service was poor. It was obvious that none of the employees wanted to be there, they clearly didn't care. The bathroom had no soap and no paper towels. I'm guessing that means none of the male employees washed their hands? Food was ok.

The food is okay. Facility looked clean. A female employee was smoking pot in the women's restroom. I couldn't use it after that because I'm asthmatic and the restroom doesn't have windows.

Quite possibly the worst Panera Bread in Columbus. Ordered grilled cheese sandwiches and some soup take out. App said 10 mins. Waited over 30 and still ended up with cold soggy sandwiches that one of our crew refused to eat saying the cheese was weird and disgusting. It was pretty gross. Never again will we order here

Ate (to-go app order) from this location three times while we were staying at the children's hospital while our son was in the ICU. They messed up our order 2 of the 3 times, which was extremely inconvenient as I had to walk back from the hospital room to ask panera to fix the order. Each time, the staff was extremely unapologetic and seemed offended we would ask to get the corrected meal. Will avoid this location in the future. I would have expected a much higher level of service considering the location and potential customer base (hospital patients' families).

This Panera is almost always busy and it runs a little slow. That's the only drawback. Otherwise the food is what you would expect and I've never had any other issues with it.

They're always out of something, regular order mistakes, iced coffee is a gamble because half the time it's 3/4 water, whenever I get a notification that my food is ready I go down and have to wait another 5 minutes for it. Are they doing that so it looks like they get orders out fast? Idk but it's annoying. Only pro is that some of the employees are cool.

There was hair in my salad!!! No one is answering the phone when I tried to call and they give us half portions of Mac N Cheese!!! My food was HORRIBLE!!!! Over priced!!

Terrible redesign. Only getting bagels? Now you get put in a queue with all other orders instead of just getting your bagels handled after your pay.

What used to be a 1-2min ordeal is now 5-10min? Plus the parking here is hell already.

Vegetarian options: If someone buys a salad for $9 and some almost $10 and then it's not good. The lettuce leaves are dead, that's not good. Can't eat that. Serve people well anyway.
