Difficult to find parking, waited a long time, there were a few mistakes in the order as well.

Ordered a French dip sandwich and the French onion soup. The cheese from the sandwich was on the outside of my bread and they totally forgot the cheese and bread for the soup. So basically $13 for half a sandwich and a cup of au jus. Pretty disappointing.

Never order delivery from this location! The drivers continually don’t show up. I ordered lunch for an important work meeting last month. The lunch never showed up. I called the restaurant, and the employee I talked to didn’t care at all. He let me know that I needed to contact door dash for a refund (even though I ordered through Panera’s website). I called door dash, and she said the order had been canceled (not by me). Well, I still got a charge on my credit card! I called door dash, and they informed me I had to call Panera. No one at the restaurant ever answered my call. In my experience, no one ever answers the phone at this location. I will not be ordering any work lunches in the future from Panera (especially this location!!)

Disappointing when you walk out of the place and by the service exit off Parsons there is a food prep person smoking a cigarette with their prep gloves still and a pile of cigarettes on the ground.

Customer service was poor. It was obvious that none of the employees wanted to be there, they clearly didn't care. The bathroom had no soap and no paper towels. I'm guessing that means none of the male employees washed their hands? Food was ok.

The food is okay. Facility looked clean. A female employee was smoking pot in the women's restroom. I couldn't use it after that because I'm asthmatic and the restroom doesn't have windows.

Ate (to-go app order) from this location three times while we were staying at the children's hospital while our son was in the ICU. They messed up our order 2 of the 3 times, which was extremely inconvenient as I had to walk back from the hospital room to ask panera to fix the order. Each time, the staff was extremely unapologetic and seemed offended we would ask to get the corrected meal. Will avoid this location in the future. I would have expected a much higher level of service considering the location and potential customer base (hospital patients' families).
