Food is fresh and good. The service is good even if they had to remake my sandwich because they put something on it that I asked them to leave off. The atmosphere is okay. Never felt like a comfortable place to me, especially in those chairs. The booths are better

I ordered carryout while at The James, since its the only non-cafeteria option. I Pickup my bag and got back to my wifes room and BAM they didnt give us our desert. Yes - I should have checked. But still how hard can it be? They definitely didn’t have any problem charging me for it.

Employee rude to customer, customer politely says something, employee proceeds to talk smack about customer so loudly customer could here, manager tells employee that the customer is wrong. I guess if you have a simple question about your food, don’t ask and you won’t be treated like a moron. Horrible service from regular staff and manager

I frequent this place because its close to work.I just paid for a cup of chicken noodle soup that 0 noodles, 2 pieces of carrot and barely any chicken.With the prices they charge I expect more or at least one noodle.

My problem stems from the ever growing prices and smaller portions. Why could I eat my entire side baguette in 4 bites??? Why is 180 calories of soup $9???? Why am I still hungry after spending $17 on a you pick 2 meal with a drink? Ridiculous. I used to love this place but I genuinely can’t afford it anymore. Too bad. The guy working the register (he has grey eyes, older middle aged white gentleman) made my day! He is very chatty and sweet with great service too!!! The food is good as always but far too expensive.

The Panera that is in the Ohio University Hospital is excellent service and food very clean. I am planning on having their lunch again today as I am here with my son who is in the hospital and praying that he gets to be released this Saturday. He’s been here for two weeks now and it’s truly wonderful to have a Panera to go in and sit down in a nice quiet area and have a delicious meal and time to think.

Waited more than 30 minutes and never received my food. There were 5 orders ahead of mine and just not sure what they were doing - had 4 people making food was coming out slowly and at least two people had to come back as it was incorrect. The worst part is there were only 5 people ahead on the order list. Be careful if you don’t want to wait an hour for Panera.

I had a terrible experience at this Panera location; it’s the worst in town. There were only two people ahead of me, and it took 45 minutes to serve just two salads. I recommend that you save yourself the hassle and choose a different Panera or another restaurant altogether—it's just not worth it.

I went to Panera right beside The Jams My experience was bad, right out of the gate. The person taking my order was on their phone while I was trying to order and had a terribly unfriendly attitude. The floors were dirty. The drink station had liquid all over and trash was everywhere. The green tea pitcher was empty. My husband has been at the James since Thursday without an appetite and he finally wanted something to eat. When I brought the food back to his room, there was a hair in his sandwich I wish this experience was good. I really wanted my husband to get something yummy to eat after not eating for 2 days. That did not happen and I will not be returning to this location

The only thing I ate here was the Sierra Turkey and Asiago bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. Once Sierra Turkey was taken off the menu I stopped ordering all sandwiches. Now chive and onion cream cheese is gone? Normal cream cheese doesn't hit the same. I'm done here.
