Stopped in today because my son is in OSU hospital. This is located conveniently as you get off the parking garage elevator. I went in ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, cream cheese and a glass of ice. The total was almost 10.00 I said are you sure and she said the price of the bagel and then said 3.90 something for the drink. I said I only want ice not a drink and she said she has to charge her for it. I do this everywhere because I eat ice. I've been charged for the cup or a glass of water but never full price for a drink I'm not getting. I told her to please remove it and I went in the hospital to Wendy's where I've been getting ice for free for 2 weeks. We can see who's money hungry! Really sad business!

A friend and I ate at this Panera during lunch rush. They were very busy but kept the line moving. While staying friendly and courteous. On top of that the food was fantastic.

Really expensive for a sandwich. The people taking your order is non existent you place order on tablet and go wait to pick up. The people making it acted as they hated their jobs . The food is over priced and not that great.

As soon as I walked in, I was a little nervous because I have only used the app to order and I haven’t really gone in for a while, but as soon as I saw Jaylen (sp), she was so patient with me and she was so sweet and kind and made my visit worthwhile and very comfortable for me to sit in and eat!!!

Food is fresh and good. The service is good even if they had to remake my sandwich because they put something on it that I asked them to leave off. The atmosphere is okay. Never felt like a comfortable place to me, especially in those chairs. The booths are better

I ordered carryout while at The James, since its the only non-cafeteria option. I Pickup my bag and got back to my wifes room and BAM they didnt give us our desert. Yes - I should have checked. But still how hard can it be? They definitely didn’t have any problem charging me for it.

Employee rude to customer, customer politely says something, employee proceeds to talk smack about customer so loudly customer could here, manager tells employee that the customer is wrong. I guess if you have a simple question about your food, don’t ask and you won’t be treated like a moron. Horrible service from regular staff and manager
