Bad experience
It was only about 3 and they were out of steak, chicken, all smoothie stuff but the green one and a couple of other things. They weren't even busy!
I just got my slip club. Staff were nice, but my drink was cloudy. It’s never been cloudy before… parking was bad too unfortunately.

Monday night I came in at 8PM to order a sandwich. I have an allergy to milk so when using the kiosk I made a note that I had this allergy. My sandwich came and it had cheese on it, when I went up to the counter to have it remade I overheard a worker say it was my fault and when remaking it complained about me having a stupid order loud enough for me to hear the whole time and then messed it up even worse than the first time.

I'm constantly here to pick up orders for grub hub and almost EVERY TIME I'm waiting almost 10 minutes for an order SITTING RIGHT ON THE SHELF I'm not understanding the issue i had to yell to the back for an employee to just come hand me the bag WHY DOES IT TAKE ALL THAT! if you have no urgency to give the driver the food cool but do you realize the customers food is just sitting there all this time AND STILL HAS TO BE TAKEN ALL THE WAY TOO THEM. These businesses fail to realize drivers are potential customers do yall think we don't eat? Now why would I ever order from here seeing first hand how this place is ran and my food is in no way getting out the door. If I wasn't being paid to come to this place I never would.

Food was great but finding someone to take my order was the issue. One worker walked by multiple times. He then he responded with ...."you need to place your order on the kiosk". I asked if there was someone to take my order because I get discount from hopsital. He replied I doubt it . Meanwhile I seen an employee with feet propped up and on her phone. The gentleman finally asked the lady with feet propped up to take my order. How lazy this world has become! So sad! SERVICE was really bad!

I recently placed an order from this Panera location via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the half Smokehouse Chicken BBQ sandwich, a cup of Rustic Baked Potato soup, a Dr. Pepper, and an Orange Scone.
Having enjoyed this sandwich at another Panera location, I was familiar with its usual presentation. However, the sandwich I received was poorly assembled, with the chicken bunched to one side, the barbecue sauce haphazardly applied, and minimal cheese, some of which was hardened on the top of the outside of the sandwich.
To compound the issue, the soup delivered was not the Rustic Baked Potato soup I ordered, but rather a Chicken Noodle soup, which had unfortunately leaked during delivery, affecting the other items in the bag. Furthermore, the Dr. Pepper was completely flat.
While I understand that occasional errors can occur, this is the second time I have received subpar food from this particular Panera location. It's disheartening, as I generally enjoy Panera's offerings, but the lack of care in preparing and packaging my order was evident. I hope this review encourages the team to pay closer attention to the quality of their food and presentation.

Rapid pick-up orders were never ready when I ordered coffee only. This has happened every single time here. And they gave me attitudes when I asked for a cup.

They shut down delivery orders on game day. They said something about game day and parking issues. You all should have a designated parking spot for delivery platforms.
BTW this is how I received my sandwich the last time.

We enjoyed lunch at this Panera location on Black Friday. Although it was extremely busy, the staff did a wonderful job of managing the orders. During our lunch, we met Jeff, who was busing tables and emptying trash. He was so pleasant and welcoming and offered to take our empty dishes and wipe our table. We also encountered Ashley at the register while she took our order. She was efficient despite the crowd and multiple customers asking for assistance at the same time. We found this location very clean and well organized. It is a benefit to be able to park, eat lunch, and shop at the neighboring shops without moving the car.
Parking was a little scarce but the food and service were very good. We each had the You Pick 2. I had Autumn Squash soup with Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich and my boyfriend had the Creamy Tomato soup with Tomato Basil BLT Sandwich. It was all excellent. I think my spicy fiesta chicken sandwich was the best Panera sandwich I've ever had.
