They didn't have anymore Asiago bagels for my sandwich, so I had to choose white bread, told the Cashier I wanted the sandwich whole, paid $7.99 for a WHOLE sandwich and only received a HALF! So disappointed 😞 first time going to ANY Panera Bread location and I was disappointed. Sandwich was extremely fresh and delicious, but it was only half!

Again another place that hires very young people with very little experience. But at least the young people here are pleasant and have good customer demeanor.
It was apparent from the start, Hannah the supervisor DID NOT WANT TO BE AT WORK. I observed her attitude towatrds our cashier. As food and drinks were being prepared, Hannah was slamming the food and drinks on the counter, not only in the front of customers, but also in the back area for Uber Eats pock ups. When I got my food, I'd ordered 3 drinks and asked her for a drink carrier. You would have thought I asked her to chop down a tree, shred it, to make the container. She huffed, and rolled her eyes.
It was so apparent, her negativity that the cook asked our cashier if she was okay...
Hannah is not a good representation of your business. We live 2 minutes away from this location, and visit often..so we know what the atmosphere should be. WE DIDNT GET IT WITH HER...

The prices are higher, 30 bucks for 2 "pick 2" meals. The coffee selection is seemingly smaller than it use to be, the sandwich i had was good but the mac and cheese seemed bland and overpriced.

Total debacle,Ask for no granola on yogurt,had granola,had to ask after waiting for my friends order,which wasn't correct either,the sandwich was forgotten.The decaf coffee wasn't hot at hot at all . Manager came to " fix" it .Released some coffee,said it gets caught in spout sometimes,She had to come back to make New pot.Bathroom stalls not clean.I was so disappointed in this Panera,I used to visit there everyday until I moved.Lost me as customer at this one ?

Order a WHOLE sandwich & apparently they’re supposed to cut off an end of the baguette but NEGATIVE, they cut off 60% of it and save that piece for the next half sandwich that needs to be made. So you’re really paying $13-16 for a HALF sandwich because it never comes whole like it’s supposed to!!!!! Then once it’s made, they cut it in half to make it seem like it’s bigger than what it really is but no. Compare it to someone who has a half sandwich and you’ll see that yours is that plus TWO more bites. A waste of time and money. Not only that, the employees at this location always have an attitude and fail to follow simple instructions on how to build a sandwich, no way I should be coaching anyone in there how to make my sandwich the way it comes. & I won’t get started on the little racist individuals in there bc karma misses none!
