The owners are very very nice, as well as their staff!. Lasagna has been cold in the middle a few times. not a massive deal, but my husband really enjoys their pizza!. We’ve been here a handful of times and have never had a bad experience with staff or their pizza!.

Ordered a small personal pizza and bosco sticks, I paid online, I went to pick my food up and they told me they had no bosco sticks and as I was watching, the owner who didn’t speak much English had his young daughters making the pizzas. These girls are maybe 9-12 years old max. There was also a toddler running around the kitchen in a diaper with nothing elsebut his little tyke popping wheel toy no socks no shirt nothing but a diaper. I told them I wanted to cancel my order cuz they haven’t even made the pizza yet they became dismissive and acted like they couldn’t understand me. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and made me pick between no pizza but still paying or getting a pizza that a 9yr old little girl made. This is extremely illegal and I will be reporting it

I have ordered from PaPa Joe's on Sullivant Ave many times! I ordered tonight online and never received the order! I called and was told the online order did not go through! So I told the girl on the phone my order ! She kept asking me my phone number I told her 3 times same way with my address and had to repeat my card information! Once again the order never showed up! I called again and was told the my order had been delivered I told the same girl I never received the order! She said I gave her the wrong address and I said no I didn't I told her 3 times my address! Then she said well what do you want us to do about it kind of smartly! I responded put the money back on my card again she repeated what do you want us to do about it! Once again I said put the money on my phone she hung up on me! I tried several times to call and was hung up on! Finally another girl answered the phone I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on again! I tried one more time this time they put the manager on I explained to him what happened and he put the first girl back on!! She said hello when I said my name she acted like she couldn't hear me I told her I wanted the manager on the phone and she slammed the phone down!! I love their food but will Never order from them anymore!!!! Their actions tonight were uncalled for!!!!!!

The Rich boy sub or the meat lovers pizza can definitely be the restaurants staple on the menu. On the corner of Sullivant and Binns Avenue (the old Masseys pizza) gud people great customer service 👌🏾. Only thing is the dining area is drab and doesn't say stick around for a bit. Thtmay not be in there control tho idkall in all absolutely worth the money

This place used to be so good , now everytime you call this place is freaking closed . Sunday at 7pm they are closed when only days the are open . Also called during the week at 3 pm because I was sitting outside no body was opening up , they answered and said they open at 4 when online said 3pm anoying . Always close d
I have had problems with this restaurant and door dash but I wanted to give a five-star review because apparently my dasher told me there was one old man in there and he was working by his self doing the best that he could to get all the orders done so stuff is bound to get missed right.

Gave me chicken tenders but charged me for chicken wings .. the dough they use taste like it’s no where near fresh I don’t see this place staying open any much longer … children could run a better pizza place then these people
