This place used to be so good , now everytime you call this place is freaking closed . Sunday at 7pm they are closed when only days the are open . Also called during the week at 3 pm because I was sitting outside no body was opening up , they answered and said they open at 4 when online said 3pm anoying . Always close d

I have had problems with this restaurant and door dash but I wanted to give a five-star review because apparently my dasher told me there was one old man in there and he was working by his self doing the best that he could to get all the orders done so stuff is bound to get missed right.

Gave me chicken tenders but charged me for chicken wings .. the dough they use taste like it’s no where near fresh I don’t see this place staying open any much longer … children could run a better pizza place then these people
Placed an order for a special that was 2 large pizzas 2 subs and a 2 liter what I recieved was no 2 liter but 3 cans of pop. When I called the store to find out what was going on they said they didn’t have 2 liters and placed me on hold and left me there. Very terrible customer service!

Ordered off of uber. Food is no where near the quality shown in the pictures. Just another bland thin crust. Nothing special.
Wings were breaded which is not how they are advertised. Tossed them right out.
Pizza crust dry &hard, not enough sauce or cheese. Lettuce on subs not washed ( could smell it). Delivery took longer than told. Manager said he'll remake them and bring himself, never heard from him. That's a shame try to support local businesses!! But thumbs down 👎

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from papa joes. As a vegetarian, I was careful to place a specific order to accommodate my dietary needs, but they failed to deliver - twice. And let me say, this is not the only time they have messed up my pizza, I was told to only place the order over the phone…which is what I did…
I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, but explicitly asked for the chicken and bacon to be placed ON THE SIDE, with NO MEAT on the actual pizza. I repeated this request multiple times to ensure it was clear. However, when I opened the box, I was shocked to find a fully loaded meat pizza - complete with chicken and bacon.
I tried calling them for over 20 minutes, but no one answered. So, I drove to the pizza place, original pizza in hand, to ask for a replacement. I again reiterated my request for no meat on the pizza, but when I returned to pick up the remade pizza, it was again - loaded with meat.
The fact that they failed to accommodate my simple request not once, but twice, is silly. When I asked for a refund, the staff became very dismissive, and acted like it never happened before.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with chicken and bacon on the side and a spaghetti bowl!! They made it with chicken and bacon on it and spaghetti was still frozen in the center, called multiple times to get fixed, hung up on multiple times, and put on hold for over half an hour, the girl gave me the managers personal number to try and call to resolve? Finally took the pizza back and he made it with bacon on one side and chicken on the other?? After being told MULTIPLE times NO chicken or bacon on the pizza as she is vegetarian! He offered a cheese one he had sitting in the back? We asked for a refund and he gave half the refund and kept the pizza?? Very disappointing

I waited a hour after the estimated delivery time. Didn’t get my potato skins. Had to call and get my salad refunded because they didn’t have lettuce. And my wings was still pink.. but said they were “well done” so they wouldn’t refund them. Terrible service tonight
