I had a much more elaborate review typed that I was prepared to give in exchange for an exorbitant amount of ranch. I did receive the ranch but I also paid for the ranch so I cannot in good faith leave the elaborate version.

This is 2nd time offering here. The 1st time I spe t 45.00 never got my food never got my refund. They let you order online with the pizza place being closed the second time I ordered spent $30 and it's been an hour waiting on my food that they say is on the way but the restaurants now closed and nobody seems they want to answer the phone.... The day after this happened I decided to call Papa Joe's and let them know what had happened, and spoke to a manager he was very kind! And explained to me what had really happened, and they are issuing me a refund in 3-5 days. Plus also offered us a free meal (Thank you)Which I am fine with. I know there pizza and subs are great so I am happy woth the outcome. And want to say just because 1 house has a bad experience with a place don't let that stop you from trying the food on your owe... cause a little mishap can happen anytime, but good food isn't that easy to come by!

We are a 3 minute drive from this location and ordered from them on saturday night(2/1/25) after a long family trip we were all hungry. We wanted to give them a try, the food was late, but it was hot and good! So we decided to order from them again tonight(2/5/25) because they were so good the 1st time! The food was supposed to be delivered at 5:42pm(we ordered at exactly 5:00 pm!) I watched the tracker and saw the food was picked up at 542pm and was on the way. I watched the tracker all the way until they pulled up at 6:20pm with Luke warm to practically cold pizza! I called the store to complain and the guy seemed like he didn't want to help me and kept saying sorry to me that I needed to call SLICE(knowing I ordered through papa joes website) and that maybe SLICE will give me a coupon or something! I asked him even though I ordered through you guys I need to contact them and he said yes. So I called SLICE and informed the representative about what was said and the representative said that papa joes should have been the ones to fix it! So he contacted papa joes about it and all papa joes said they can do is give me $5.00 back to my card and an apology! After they lied to me about one thing and told SLICE a different thing! The guy from SLICE was absolutely amazing with the help I received and was extremely helpful! Will not be ordering from these guys again! SMH

Used to actually like this place but when it comes to delivery it seems to be an issue I ordered from this place about a month and a half ago took almost 50 minutes to get my food they gave me a $2 credit ordered from them tonight seen that it was out for delivery as of 905 so I start watching the camera 9:41 I called the app to find out what's going on with my food they said they showed up knocked and called a few times but yet I've been watching the camera the whole time and I have no missed calls then first they said they're delivery driver then when I said I've been watching the camera now all of a sudden it's the manager but it's okay cuz I'm taking it to a whole nother level cuz like I said I was watching the camera the whole time

Their family special can’t be beat. My only complaint is the crust is a little chewy when eating leftover pizza the day after but that’s completely nit-picking, fresh out of the box this pizza is one of if not the best ‘Columbus style’ pizzas I’ve had. The subs are even better.

I ordered an extra cheese pizza off GrubHub. I put in notes to pie cut. I received squares.
The crust was chewy (not in a good way) and just seemed old or stale.
Sauce is too sweet with no flavors like garlic or Italian seasoning.
