Ordered a pizza at 10:15pm not realizing it would be delivered by door dash. Was supposed to arrive within 40 minutes but kept getting pushed back finally was cancelled at 11:50pm. Called and the guy was incredibly rude, said door dash had my pizza, said they were closed (website and the voice recording said open til 1am on Sunday), said he was the only one working, told me if I wanted my pizza I should come make one myself, then said he was going to get the name of the GM (which I did not ask for) from someone else because he didnât know his GMâs name, then hung up on me. I gave benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake and tried to call back twice and no one answered. I never raised my voice or said anything rude only said that I ordered through them not door dash, that their website said they were open, and that I wanted a refund. Called door dash and found out they gave the pizza to the wrong delivery driver, the correct delivery driver was willing to wait for them to remake it, and that door dash had already refunded papa Johnâs so I will call papa Johnâs corporate number I guess.
We had Papa John's in Columbus Ohio. The website doesn't support visa or MasterCard from countries other than America. The phone call to order two pizzas with the girl took 14 minutes somehow. Food was ok.

I placed mobile order at 10:50 and it said it was ready at 11:15. When I arrived they said it wasnât ready and they âaccidentallyâ clicked the button that it was ready. They said it was in oven and will be done soon. I waited until 12:05 almost an hour for a pizza that was supposedly already done. The manager was very rude and said it was oven when I arrived but it donât take an hour in the oven. They forgot 2 sauces that come with cheese stick and pizza and my pizza was missing a topping. Avoid this location at all cost!!
