Local delivery driver!!!!

Plain as simple this location really need to start treating third-party delivery drivers better!!! I’ve seen on the way too many occasions!!!! This stores staff, disrespect delivery drivers! threaten to ban them , using profanity , get mad because a delivery driver may not understand English very well!!! that needs to stop immediately delivery drivers do not come in and threaten you guys job security!!! Again another Papa John’s location that continues to hire individuals who are highly confrontational!!! I don’t care what the situation is! if you have a problem with the delivery driver it’s as simple as telling them to reach out to their third-party customer service to resolve the issue!!!! Also to this location has a problem with not reporting the store is closed!!!! which is causing delivery drivers get contract violations !!! 🤦🏽‍♂️ put a sign up if the store is closed early that way the bad apple 🍎 third-party drivers do the right thing and report. The store as closed! It will help keep the fraud down 😓

Ordered online at 9:30 pm with an estimated deliver time of 48 minutes. Could not reach store staff when I called repeatedly starting at 10:45 pm and tracker showed pizza still being prepared. At 11:00 pm notified order transferred to Door Dash. It is 11:17 pm and still no pizza.

I asked for anchovies and pepperoni.

I walk in. Its midnight. There's a little toddler IN THE KITCHEN. I get my pizza. There's a dirty box of anchovies on top of my food. I have to put the toppings on myself.

I reported this to corporate, messaged Papa johns on social media, sent pics, nothing. I want my money back.

My order never arrived after I ordered for it to be delivered, worst experience ever I hate it. Please don’t order online from this store! You’ll hate it, service is terrible no one ever answers the phone either!!!!!

Ordering for delivery is thru doordash despite ordering through the papa johns website. There was no indication of this before ordering or I absolutely would not have ordered for delivery due to severe ongoing issues with this terrible service.

No Hygiene

I went in person to order pizza and was only one person at the store doing everything. No gowns, no Gloves.... he works on the dough and at the same time checking out customers on the register, touches his face his eyes and continue making pizza. What I see makes me no more eating pizza from papa johns.

I got and XL pizza all pepperoni and half pineapple i got pepperoni that had raw dough i called and had them send it again i got hardly any toppings and what toppings i did get were on half of the pizza

Whoever is working tonight needs customer service training.

I am out of town in a trip and placed an order for pickup; which I immediately realized was sent to the store back home when I saw the receipt. I immediately called the store to let them know to cancel it, but I was stuck on some hold clip running promotions between rings.

I called 5 times in 9 minutes and finally got through on the 6th try. I explained the situation to him and he insisted not only that we didn’t call at all, but we also selected cash as the payment method.

He hung up several times without offering any assistance and even blamed me for not canceling before the order was made, which was frustrating because we called back to back several times.

By the last call before I contacted corporate, he told me he doesn’t know how to cancel the order and reverse the charge, and he’s the only one there. I asked if there’s any manager that can contact us and help us and he told me he was the manager. I kinda laughed and asked “so you’re the manager and you don’t know how to reverse the charge?” And he said pretty much yup. I asked if I need to call corporate then and he said. “Do what you gotta do miss.” Then I asked for their number and he told me I can find it on Google then hung up again.

Corporate told me they’d call the store and have it straightened out for us.

This guy is ignoring customers, likely lying, and not being helpful on purpose. He’s intentionally being bad at his job. And you wonder why you’re a grown man workin at a pizza shop.

I ordered food from here today and I am allergic to pineapple and there was pineapple on my pizza after I wanted forever and all the guy said was he will give me a pizza free next time never again will I come here ghetto

Just dry. Wanted an unhealthy greasy and delicious pizza. The cheese was dry, there was no sauce, the pepperoni had no grease. I made it through half a slice and just stopped eating, so in the end papa John's couldn't even give an unhealthy pizza. It's just sitting there on the table. Maybe the homeless around morse rd would take it. I'd probably have to pay them to take it off my hands.
