This location is trash! I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizzas, both of them came with absolutely ZERO pizza sauce on them. None, zero, nothing. Do not order from this location EVER. Order from the Westerville location on State St. Put sauce on the pizza!!!!

Today just a few seconds ago 4:56 PM December 27th 2025 the store guy with glasses reject my order, it has to be online he told me. Is the system has a glitch or too busy (as far i ve seen it isnt busy at all). Very disappointed. Now i need to find a different store or other pizza should be good too

I would not order from Papa John's on Morse Road they don't have enough workers sending doordash to deliver our food 😤 then when they finally drop it off it be cold as hell

This was supposed to be a chicken & bacon with white sauce. You can see it on the tag. This pizza has chicken, sausage, and red sauce. It's not even close.
It was really difficult to get on touch with them to try and get the issue resolved. And the pizza wasn't even very good.

Did not answer the phone when I DoorDashed and nobody picked it up, even when I tipped. I tried to come pick it up myself because I am very hungry and absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service.

I recently ordered a pizza and was very impressed! The pizza was truly delicious — the crust was soft, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and everything was made with care. I’d also like to highlight the staff — very attentive and considerate, they take all customer preferences into account, even the smallest details. You can really feel that they value their customers and strive to provide top-quality service. This has definitely become one of my favorite places, and I’ll be coming back for sure!
