They never get the order right and will never answer the phone to correct the issue. Was delivered the wrong pizza and cannot get a person to answer the phone.

Ordered pizza on Sat night but they were closed I guess. Pizza tracker didn't show any updates after an HR. Also called to confirm they were opening after we ordered. No answer. Please refund our money. Not sure why online ordering would be accessible. Note, we were going to pick it up and make sure no one had to go out in it

Been coming to this location for years and never had any problems with my food until the last few times I ordered. How do you put the toppings under the cheese and then on top of that only put one pepperoni on each slice of pizza? That's very disrespectful to the customer who pays 20 some dollars for a pizza.

Waited for over an hour, called back to check in pizza could not get anyone to answer. Open my hotel door to go to lobby to get something to drink and found pizza setting in hallway, delivery driver didn't even knock just dripped it and ran, I will be calling someone tomorrow, poor

I knew there was a reason I stopped dealing with thanks. First off if I'm going to pay almost $10 for something I want it to have some girth to it . Only reason why I was willing to try it is because of the people online. But I guess influencers get better food than regular customers. Second of all I don't like that I can't add something to my food without taking something away. So of course I won't be back. I've had sandwiches that were thicker than my Papadia.

I have ordered from the Easton Town Center location at 7:54pm and the lady said on the phone that it will be 53 to 64 minutes until my food got to my place. I had waited for 2+ hours on my order to arrive. I tried to call the location to see what was the status on my order and I could not get through with nobody. So I called my brother to go see what was going on and come to find out my order did not pop up on their screen and they had to make me 2 new pizzas. My brother comes back to my place and I see 3 different pizza boxes on my doorstep. Whoever was the driver did not even knock on my door. I picked up the three boxes (not to mention it was the wrong order) and come to find out it had ants covering it. The delivered the wrong order to my door and it was someone else's order. I had to throw out that order because it had the wrong address, wrong name, wrong phone number etc. I will be going to a corporate office here in Columbus and I will report this because this was just too ridiculous. They need to train the drivers on how to knock at the door and the customer should receive updates on where their order is at and who is the driver with the order.I will not be ordering from this location and I recommend anybody else to not order from this location because they will get your order wrong and your money will go down the drain.
