We were waiting over an hour and a half for our food. Called them they told us that they didn’t have any drivers so they were going to use DoorDash. Manager hung up on us and was rude. Waited longer with no delivery. Turns out they left our food in front of our door with no notification that they arrived. Our food was cold. Called them back for the manager to continue being rude.

I got a couple stuffed crust pizzas. The pizza was super thin in the middle and soggy. The crust was uncooked on the inside (not just the cheese). Pizza was not great at this location.

I was just trying to get the pizzas I paid for. The first dude who helped was really nice, but They couldn't find it, I showed them my order and this lady was annoyed with me. She rolled her eyes at me, she found the pizzas, shoved them into me and didnt even acknowledge me at all. Ive worked in service industry my whole life, never would I treat someone like that. Insane. They should just shut this place down at this point. There are much better options anyway.

This has been the papa johns nearest me for a few years so I have been here frequently I will however never come to this location again the service is terrible it's rare that I come in to pick up my order and it's not a significantly longer wait than quoted. The staff are rude to the point that they don't say anything to you when you walk in and when they do finally ask you the name for your order they seem like it's a burden that you are even there for food. They also hardly ever answer the phone so good luck complaining to a manager. If your wanting papa johns for dinner to would suggest going to another one or maybe an entirely different pizza place, maybe the crew somewhere else might have some appreciation for the customers who are the reason you make a wage,

Just moved to area still in the process of moving with no food at the new house so thought I'd just order pizza. Ordered and made at 7:32 received at 8:50 stone cold. Was due at 8:15-20 so it definitely sat out the whole time. I would have refused it but we haven't ate anything all day and couldn't afford to wait another hour for someone else to deliver. Beyond disappointed. At this point all papa johns need to be shut down I've never had a good experience.

They steal your money here. I placed an order on September 28th and didn't receive it, and they called the same day. They told me I'd receive my refund in 2 to 3 days. I waited until October 12th and still haven't received my refund. I called again, and they said they didn't know anything. Be very careful. The customer service at that store is terrible and doesn't provide solutions to problems.

I have visited this Pizza Hut several times over the past summer and have always had a positive experience. The service was timely, and the food consistently met expectations, so I’m a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews. In my opinion, it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a solid meal.

That said, I would strongly encourage management to consider installing proper air conditioning for the employees. On multiple occasions when I picked up my order, the pickup area was noticeably hotter than the outside temperature. Despite these conditions, the staff remained consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. Their dedication deserves to be matched by a more comfortable working environment.
