Once a location that provided consistent quality, service, and value, this store no longer seems capable of offering any of those…which is disappointing. There are so many other great pizza options in Grandview, please do not waste your time or money here. You will only find yourself tracking a disaster in real-time (your cold and poorly made pizza) delivered late and without apology.

Ordered over 90 minutes ahead for a scheduled delivery time and received confirmation. 15 minutes after the delivery time, I received a notice that the order would be delivered via DoorDash over an hour after the scheduled time.When I called to ask, the manager didn’t apologize and simply said, “I have over 60 other orders, so there’s nothing I can do about it.”Terrible service and responsiveness.

DoorDash driver so this isn't really the restaurants fault except for using them, but the delivery driver drove right past my building, sat for 5 minutes ignoring my phone calls and texts then abandoned the order.

I ordered almost $50 worth of food. I ordered a 15 boneless BBQ wings. I don’t eat here kids wanted to try it. I get it and all it is, is chicken nuggets with bbq drizzle. The website shows BBQ wings doused in bbq like normal wings. I called and they said they don’t do that. Act like he didn’t care. Well it is false advertisement on your website. I won’t eat here again horrible first impression. I haven’t tried the rest of the food I ordered yet.

I always order at this papa johns and have never had any issues until a couple weeks ago. I had a huge order and ordered 7 extra garlic sauces which they charge you $1 for each. When I received my order, none of the garlic sauces were included in the order. I’ve reached out multiple times so I could be refunded the extra $7 and no one will get back to me about the situation. I’ve also taken the survey and asked someone to reach out to me and no one has.

Ordered online, and patiently waited for our delivery. Noticed on the tracker that the ETA kept increasing, it went from 6:40 to 6:50, to 7. I called and was told that it should be arriving soon through a third party delivery. Waited another 15-20 mins and was called back by an employee and told that something happened with the third party delivery and they were remaking my order and sending their own driver. My order arrived fresh quickly after this call. They refunded me for the inconvenience, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to fix this wrong. Our food was amazing.
