I called Friday at 9:10 was told my pizza would be delivered to me in 45 min well an hr and half goes by so I call they say they been sent my order out like hr ago that they will remake it and have it sent back out half hr goes by some calls and says I said I didn’t want me order ok at this time I’m pissed it’s going on 1:40 still no food so I tell them I will come pick it up well on the way got a flat and Byh hi llama

They get no stars for service horrible they should prepare better waste of time and space to be open and not able to get the orders done it's not like they make the pizza from scratch or any of that all there product comes in cans or boxes. And for real for real the blame comes down on management. Placed my order at 6:26 and 9:00 it's still not. They suck.

Haven’t ordered Papa Johns in about 2 years, decided to give em another go. Welp, that inflation stuff must’ve had an impact because I can tell the ingredients are worse, and amount of food overall is significantly smaller. We had a promotional deal with my wife’s work so we only paid $15 out it the total $40, but had we paid full price I’d have been absolutely livid. Pizza tasted like a $5 hot and ready from Little Caesar, could easily tell the pie was smaller and was not risen/puffy as it used to be. The garlic sauce was - like watery.. like.. really fluid-like. Used to be top tier, at least a few years ago.. The cheese sticks came with an adorable little to-go container of marinara that obviously wasn’t part of the Papa Johns brand and might’ve been good for 2 cheese sticks. The cinnamon pull apart bread was alright.

Have ordered 2 pizza's in the past 3 weeks. Both times the pizza's looked like they'd been ransacked by the ATF looking for a stash. And BOTH times, the deliveries were both late & cold. They were also left the pizzas without notification that they'd been delivered. I did NOT order contactless delivery.

We ordered a large original crust pepperoni pizza and received a pizza that looked like a small one, it was mostly crust with little cheese and 11 pepperoni slices. The cheesebread that we ordered had a hole in the middle of it, most of the cheese was on the box, and little crust except around the edges, with no cheese on it.

I will say this for everyone of your employees to hear, NO ONE HAS TO GIVE A TIP. You get paid a salary, I couldn’t afford to give a tip but did because your delivery driver pestered me about it and that’s not okay. IT’s harassment, he should not have knocked on my door aggressively and shouldn’t have repeatedly pressed me about a tip. That is not customer service. You need new drivers.
