Very unsafe. The food is fine, but when I went to pick up my order earlier tonight, an employee invited 4-5 of his young adult male friends (some of them shirtless ) to hang out in front of the door, smoke, be extremely loud and blast explicit rap music. It was very uncomfortable picking up my order since these guys outside were comfortable harassing female customers. An extremely unprofessional and unsafe environment especially for female customers. If I hadn't already paid for my order online, i would have left.

Bro they didnt cancel my order, and just left me waiting for food, i finally called and he first lied and said they dont have any stuff crust i asked if they could just make my food i dont need stuff crust. Dude said the order is cancelled at the store, i was like i dont need stuff crust he responded I dont have any drivers, right now im like bro you could of just said that and could of cancelled my order!

Paul was super helpful! For #1 there was a super huge mistake due to Papa Joes taking my order as if they were PaPa John’s. It was a delivery order and when I came to the store Paul expressed what possibly happened and corrected my order through PaPa John’s!! He calmed me down and made things right even though this had NOTHING to do with him or the store location. Thank you so much Paul! We really appreciate your help tonight! Next time I’ll come in and order <3

Never received the order. No one is answering the phones, yet on google it says the store is open. Why allow a delivery go through, Say it’s in route, a then cancel the order hours later? This is unacceptable.
Well really don't have nothing to do with the food but order the pizza the website sent it to the Bexley store so I called to cancel The guy put me on hold he calls me back and asked me am I going to come pick up my pizza or cancel it and I said I need to cancel it and he told me thanks for wasting his time I understand that he's in there by his self but you still don't talk to people like that ,and then order from the reynoldsburg store they can do better also with customer service

I ordered my pizza at 11:30PM, 2 and a half hours before they were supposed to close. The delivery ETA kept getting pushed back until about 1:30, when it said it was cancelled. When I called the number for the delivery driver (I guess it’s outsourced through uber, which creates its own set of issues), he said he tried going to the store to pick it up, but they were told they closed and didn’t make my pizza. Extremely annoyed that I was sitting here waiting for 2 hours expecting my food. It would’ve been nice to get a call letting me know they wouldn’t be able to make the order, because food options at 1:30AM are pretty limited.

So the older manager was cussing at one of his employees that’s really unprofessional And I had asked the driver his name was Keith he seemed very upset as he should be why would you guys hire somebody that will cuss in front of a customer?
