No gloves and hair net touching boxes then touching the dough using their cell phones then go back and touch the food One of the workers have a fresh tattoo on his arm you can see the grease on his arm while he was flipping the pizza dough I told my daughter never again and when the pizza come out the oven all the pans that they was using was on the floor just dirty

The gentleman that was working there by himself was doing the dam thing. Shout out to you sir for taking care of business. This man deserves a raise. And shame on the owner (s) of this building there was no heat in the lobby and it was very cold on the day i went in . The gentleman told me that there was NO heat in this building for awhile. Thank you sir for handling your business.

Done with this place. Pizza was delivered 40 minutes late because the driver “couldn’t find our house” and blamed gps. We live *two blocks* from the restaurants. Order was wrong too. All of the bad reviews you’ve read are accurate, stay far away from this location

Whenever we've ordered carry out this location has been fine. Tonight we did delivery and never will again, and will def pick a different location altogether from now on. It took us two hours to get our pizza; about an hour in we tried calling the store and never got a response, just nonstop ringing. Eventually it got passed over to DoorDash, and by the time we got the food it was lukewarm. At least it was the correct food, unlike the other reviews I'm seeing.

Received the wrong order. Tried to call the store to have the right order sent or a refund issued. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up and called a corporate number. They said it would be taken care of in two days. Today is Saturday this happened Wednesday I still have not received my refund.

Originally ordered as a pick up through the Uber Eats app, but our car battery was dead and we weren't able to get it started. Then placed another order for delivery through the app and tried to call the store to tell them not to send us the old order (we had ordered it 45 minutes ago at this point.) No answer from the store after listening to the hold music for 10 minutes. When we got our food delivered, they had given us the original order that was an hour old. Tried to call the store to tell them that we only got 1 of our now 2 orders from them, but no answer again after listening to the hold music for 10 minutes. Will not be ordering from them again.

I received a text offering me a free desert for my birthday. However there was no promo code to redeem the dessert and I ended up having to pay for my "free"dessert. I showed the manager my offer and he offered no satisfactory response. Womp womp.

Ordered online went to pick it up they told me there one person ahead of me it will be 5 to 8 mins I said ok so I went back to the car and waited..I couldn't pay because I guess the cashier was on the phone with a Complaining Customer for about 10 mins while I was waiting I see the cashier and another employee come outside to smoke I say like 6 mins later the lady that told me 5 to 8 mins came out and told me my order was ready she was on her way out to deliver now she told me this in front of the two employees sitting out there smoking I go in there's two more employees in the back they see me walk in the one making the pizza looked at me he knew my order from the first time they told me long he proceeds to look at me turn around and hop his but up on the table to have a seat the same table where he was just making pizzas on ..the other guy leaning on the counter on his phone I asked two times was anybody ringing people out even knocked on the glass was ignored by all of them beside the girl delivery driver but she was already out the door with a order...so I ended up leaving with nothing and all my order was ..was cheesesticks like wtf .
