The delivery lady. Or The one that makes the pizza shake the pizza while it's in the box. When my son opens the box the pizza was everywhere. For $33,97 I believe my pizza should never look like that. It's also frustrating when the manager hangs up on me. I call back he won't answer!! I feel like they stole my money! Looking at the reviews I know I'm not the only one that this happened to, this location should be closed down. They are bad for business,

Let me tell y'all about my experience at this Bexley neighborhood Papa John's. My Papa John's app said my order was ready. I had a view errands to run so when I arrived to pick up my pizza, I find out only one lady was working the whole place. Needless to say my order was not ready like the app reported. Now there are several people in this little lobby waiting for orders. Finally one young man arrived, washed his hands and went to work. I tried to be patient but it's now 1/2 a hour past my ready notification. Then two more ladies show up and I thought finally they will get back to normal. Now the lady that was working by herself is not happy and is talking to one of the new ladies. Now one new lady is in view of us customers in the lobby. She pulls her hair up, checks her phone a couple of times after putting her hands in her pockets then proceeds to start making pizzas. I try so hard to never make a scene or be THAT angry black woman but damn! Before my order was successfully canceled they were gonna call the police on ME!!! All she had to do was wash her hands before she started making food for other people!!! Wash you damn hands!!!!🤬

Seems like the last couple weeks there's only been only one employee on site to open the store and prepare orders to on Friday. Be prepared to have excessive wait time on your orders during this time. Can't just go in and pick up and get right out, you're going to wait awhile. Employees are friendly and helpful, service just takes forever.

I ordered delivery today. They didn’t have drivers so they outsourced it to DoorDash. When DoorDash got the order it added almost an hour to my expected delivery time. The drive texted me but never called, I don’t always hear texts, elected to leave it at the front of my complex instead. Someone stole it in less than 5 minutes it took to get to the front of my complex. I called the store and they originally told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to call DoorDash. Thankfully I asked a follow up question about how I talk to DoorDash about an order that isn’t showing on my account since I ordered thru the papa John’s app. I was then placed on hold and they asked what the process was and turns out they have to call DoorDash. I was told I would get a call back as soon as they got done with DoorDash. It has now been three hours. I’m assuming he hasn’t called back because he didn’t even ask for my name. I will never order from this location again every time something gets messed up. He also didn’t ask if I wanted it remade and re-sent or for pick up.

I've tried ordering from this location 2 times. Both times there are issues with the order. I don't know what is going on that makes it so hard to get an order correct. Stuffed Crust pizza and Thin Crust are different. Those at Papa John's don't know that. Not ordering from this location ever again.
The delivery driver called and yelled at me to come out of a building that wasn't the correct location. He would not listen when I was trying to give him directions. When he finally arrived I went to meet him and he continued to have a conversation on speaker with someone while I stood in the rain. As I walked off he yelled miss come here. When I walked back in the rain he told me to get the pizza out of the back. I had to open his car door and get the pizza out of his car myself.
