I have no clue why this location can’t get anything right, but this is ridiculous. The amount of workers yall have & the constant mistakes. This is the 5th or 6th time yall have done this. It’s beyond ridiculous. I seen way too many workers tonight for these mistakes to happen.

At this point, there’s nothing to say other than the lack of service is just despicable. I ordered at 8:18 pm and was quoted deliver 9:22-9:32 pm. It’s now 11:04 pm and not only is my pizza not here, it’s marked delivered (clearly not here) and not only will they not answer the phone, I’ve so been hung up on twice rafter waiting on hold to speak to someone.

very bad service from doordash my pizzas were ready and 2 hours later they didn't arrive I had to go to the store for my surprise pizzas the pizzas were ready but it was not good out of 6 that I ordered 3 specials one was burnt another did not have what I ordered one good and the other 3 were good the service was very bad only one person working there serving and preparing the other people upset because they weren't served quickly another one was smoking outside for 15 minutes aaaa but doordash charged 5 dollars and didn't bring me anything because I had to go get it myself it never arrived I waited for 2 hours my order 9:pm and 11:15 pm it didn't arrive 😡😡 bad service always happens. al there ??????

Going on over an hour waiting for pizza to be delivered I’m a truck driver so I chose delivery since I’m stuck at the truck stop. Placed order close to at 10:50pm currently 12:10am don’t order from here they should close this location with all these one star reviews. Can’t cancel order since no one will pick up phone at store goes straight to hold. Definitely will not be ordering here anymore at any Papa John’s if this is how their service is

uber eats driver experience here. Friday or not, this place is a trainwreck, they had me wait well over 30 minutes for the order. I had another pizza already picked up from donato's down the street (that customer was rightfully pissed o/c, but it's uber lumping orders together to pay us less, not really my fault, plus I lost out on dinner rush waiting, and not paid to wait). they kept assuring me it was coming, I swear I heard them 'find' the order to start processing after I was there over 20 minutes... not recommended you order delivery from here at all, it takes forever, and screws over other customers batched in the order, besides your food taking ages (and screws the 3rd party drivers too, who don't earn by time). reading other reviews, looks like they operate like this habitually.
it's also insufferably hot in there, more comfortable outside, sun beating down on you in the hot parking lot when it's 93° out, and less humid too, outside, amazingly. I'm serious.
hire more staff, get more ovens, get some air conditioning. staff's working conditions are awful, frankly. surprised they aren't falling out. no wonder they're bungling orders, or at least in part.

Horrible store. Delivery took 1 and 1/2 hours. Pizza was upside down and butter sauce looked stepped on. Was on the phone on hold gir an hour to speak to manager. Driver was shown the pizza and he just shrugged and drove away. This store/company doesn't care about the customer. I paid over $23.00 for food that wasn't edible and they don't care.

The delivery person had his fly down, his tongue out for some unknown reason, and was unprofessional which completely ruined my appetite. Won't be ordering from here again.

First I want to say the food tasted good. No issues there. It was cooked well. My issue was I ordered my food just before 11:30 am and was told 20 minutes and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t even started. Took another 25 minutes. Second, after getting to the job and opening the boxes, they gave me two extra large cheese and not the Shaq a roni’s that I had ordered and paid for. Again, the food was made well, but not correctly.
