Don't waste your time with this location, placed an order, did the scheduled delivery time, pizza never showed up. Called the store, was told it was just leaving. But never received it, but they charged my card, then they won't answer the phone, had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Doing pickup from the Grove City location. I wanted to update on my order, I called the location every day for a week to get a credit for this order that was never delivered, the new manager said it was stuck in the system and she would call me back, well that never happened both times, then she said she finally issued a credit, well that never happened either, Papa John's customer service didn't contact me either, after a week I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company. Order from this location at your own risk. What a disappointment 😞

Such terrible customer service, pizza ordered at 4pm and scheduled for a 5:30pm delivery...it's 6:45pm and no pizza, card was charged, called at 6pm and was told it left the store and would be here in 15min, called again at 6:30 no one will answer the phone and the recording states that the store is currently closed. I'd steer clear of this location, you literally get NOTHING for your money.

This is the slowest Papa John's I've ever been to every time that I come to this restaurant they are never prepared they never have enough staff to stop the restaurant and you always standing around waiting on your order

Ordered a pizza at about 7:00 it's 9:48. I understand a big football game is on. It was estimated to arrive around 9:00. The app still has them as making the pizza. They have been making it for about an hour now or longer. Can't call to check on the order pr cancel as they won't answer the phone. Ridiculous.
