If I could give no stars, I would. I already had a bad experience with a different store and was skeptical of ordering from here. My Roni bites were burnt, then they failed to add the toppings that I paid extra for. When I called the store, they argued with me. Then when I called corporate, they argued with me as well. I will never spend money with these guys ever again.

Well not be ordering from here again. My food was not all the way done. They forgot half my items and the driver could not understand English and didn't have change. I called to talk to the manger about my items missing and they said what was they so post to do about it. They was rude and did not Want to fix what was missing. I emailed the company and never heard back. I have teenagers and we eat alot of pizza. I wii be talking my business elsewhere.

Corporate really needs to shut this place down! I ordered at 830pm and the app showed the driver sitting at the location for 30 minutes. Then it got reassigned to another driver, who waited another 15 mins. Come 1045 and still no order. Tried to call the store 3 times and never got anyone. From the other reviews it sounds like the employees and manager are junkies and dont take their job seriously. I was able to get ahold of Corporate and get a refund. Sucks being hungry at work and expecting your order to arrive, only to be at the mercy of a couple worthless westsiders.

I ordered a lot of food for a family of 5 that had nothing to eat tonight. In the tracker- the driver was stopped in the area for over 10minutes! I asked if the family received their food. They did not. They DELIVERED ALL THAT FOOD THE WRONG PEOPLE AMD LEFT! Now this family of 5 with little kids have nothing to eat!Don't both trying to call them. They put you in the mail ring around and no one ever answers. I tried to call for 15 min. Unbelievable. I want an immediateRefund! What loser takes delivered food they KNOW DAMN WELL ITS NOT THEIRS!!! I amHOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful service!!!! My friend ordered a pizza and wings at 11:20am. They said delivery time would be 35 mins. An hour later it wasnt delivered. She called and they said they didnt have an order for her at all!!! The lady that answered the phone was rude as hell and unhelpful. She will never order from this location again and she was a dedicated customer.

It makes you give a star. This is a ZERO STAR review. I called in to get an update on my order I was directly put on hold, I rang through twice without talking to anybody. They pick up the phone and put it on the counter I drove to the store and was still on the phone with not talking to anyone. When I get there the order was out already. They refused to compensate me and I still beat the delivery driver to my house! And my food is not hot.

The worst place in columbus to order pizza from. I don't know when they hired this junkie to be a manager. But I think cooperate should train their employees to read their own app. Past order means it was ordered. Every past order has a order now button. It was made to be convenient for their customers to reorder their past orders. But because it was a bigger order she refused to make my food...but still charged me. Now I have to wait for my refund for atleast 24 hours. Trash at best.
