Might need to have the driver employee or the staff check their boxes for gnats in between, behind, or under the stack. Opened our box to a few flying out tonight... either sewer gnats infestation from a floor drain or gnats in the box stacks before they fold them... recommend checking your supplier and reporting it to them if you find any in the boxes. It means it's the warehouse making the boxes who have the infestation. (I killed the few that flew out of the box) my recommendation is fixing this before there's a bigger issue, if they are sewer gnats, your city plumbing is possibly backed up under your building. I won't be eating here again until the infestation is found and removed. Other, possibility is they're living in your pepperoni supply š¤¢

They were very rude when I asked for ranch and garlic sauce and red peppers and Parmesan. Was very willing to pay for the sauces, and this was just insane to me. āNext time remember to ask when you orderā since when do you have to ask for red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese packets when you order??? Thatās always come with pizza ā¦.

Called at 4:58 to order my pizza. Was told it would be 15 minutes. My husband arrived at 4:21 and they told him it was just going in the oven. He was there until 5:50. No apologies or anything.

Some unprofessional lady working there just hangs up phone when I try to call in (called back once) because she doesn't want to deal with the fact I need help with my delivery order. Donatos it is.
Always delivered late whenever I place an order for delivery and delivery time on the app.

They delivered warm delicious food despite me ordering about 30 minutes before closing. They even got here sooner. I really appreciate them as I really needed food for the next few days.

I ordered the garlic Parmesan breadsticks. I picked them up and they were burnt. I asked the guy to please remake them because they are too overcooked. He said well my oven is on a timer so they are going to be the same. I told him thatās not true because I get these every week and they donāt come out like this. Then he says Iām sorry weāre really busy so I canāt fix them. WOW and just because your oven is on a timer doesnāt mean you are pulling them out of the oven when the timer goes off, clearly.

Everybody make sure what they charge you i got a brownie from them according to my knowledge it was around 9 dollar I didnāt check that much after end of the month when i was checking my bank statement i was charged 18.28
