I recently tried a pizza from this place, but it was a complete waste of money. It wasn't baked properly, the toppings tasted raw, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. This marks my third disappointing pizza experience here. I strongly advise against ordering pizza from this establishment.

They will intentionally ruin your order for nothing. No sauce, no cheese, up to 7 pepperoni stacked on top of each other. They opened the garlic sauce and dumped it in the box. You could tell someone pressed their thumb in to it. I called the store and was over the top polite but they were nothing but rude.Keep in mind, never met any of these people in my life. Did absolutely nothing wrong to them. They saw the name on the order and made the choice to do this based purely on that alone. It was an online order so they didn’t even hear my voice.Worked a 12 hour day and simply just wanted to get the food I paid for… no special requests, nothing to make their job any harder.There’s no consequences or oversight for these evil people.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks today for dinner for the family. Papa John’s is running an ad on TV for $8.99 for a large pizza. They showed up with the breadsticks, but no pizza. What a joke. Must be some kind of glitch in their website pay close attention when ordering or pick up in store only.

This location is, as others have noted, inconsistent. But I had a coupon and it was a cold night out so - I ordered delivery.I had some concerns when watching the tracker. I called and spoke to Jazmine. She was wonderful, and made sure I got the pizzas exactly how I wanted them. She even included a note on one of the boxes! Thank you, Jazmine, for providing excellent customer service and for making sure the pizza boxes were sealed when out for delivery. This is a little thing and probably extra work for you, but it meant something. The pizza was baked appropriately and had the appropriate amount of toppings - something I haven't seen before from this store. The delivery driver was fast, pleasant and polite.Thank you so much, Papa Johns, for hiring Jazmine!

Do not buy here, I ordered a long size pizza and received a medium one, the pizza is totally pure sauce without cheese and any extra ingredient you ask for for which you pay is very little as if you did not pay for it, the workers Generally work without gloves. In conclusion, you are going to waste money and receive a poorly made product.

Delivery. Fast and correct order. Food is ok, kind of bland but it did the job. Marinara sauce is sweet, didnt expect that. Personally i like a tomato, spaghetti like marinara. They will get it right and quickly, but could do better on taste.

I only order here for my son. He likes it. Even when they f*** up, he forgives them. He only ever orders pepperoni - so it's pretty straightforward. But still - random pineapples. Jalapeños. Olives. All end up on the pizza. The key to being good is consistency, and Papa John's is not consistent. The staff are always nice and attentive, though.

Ordered 2 pizzas with stuffed crust and sausage, along with 2 cups of garlic sauce. Pizza was thin crust with sausage and had only one cup of the sauce.Took it back so we could get the right pizza, and got stuffed crust but they had pepperoni instead of sausgae. It wouldn't have made a price difference and we didn't want to take it back a second time so we took it but still. At least the wait time seemed short but we should've gotten what we ordered.
