If I could give this place -5 stars I absolutely would. Our order was supposed to be delivered at 8. It did not get to us until after 9. It was cold when it arrived. Thinner than cardboard. Even when we tried to warm it up, it was horrible. Finally calling, the “manager” said they couldn’t remake it because they have no more dough. He “refunded” the account but it never came through. When I called 3 days later to let them know… they told me there’s nothing they could do and I needed to dispute it with my bank. When I called to dispute it, it was a 50 minute wait. WILL NEVER. ORDER. FROM HERE. AGAIN.

Can't recommend. Several times food has been quite late, staff has waited over 15 minutes to acknowledge me when I come in to pick up my order after the app said the order was ready. Now the delivery was 1 hour and 15 minutes late and cold.

Do not order through the app here, they knowingly have issues with delays in their systems... Two orders now I've placed well in advanced and it says 10-15 minutes I show up 20 minutes later and they haven't even put it in the oven? When I asked the guy at the register if they've had this issue before he said it happens all of the time... I've never had this happen at other Papa Johns locations.. also they still messed up my order and cut it incorrectly and forgot the green peppers..

Went to pick up my order on 10/29 and waited at the counter for 20 minutes while the workers ignored me. Never even greeted me. My order was ready I just needed to pay. The one lady was nice I will say and she asked the other worker if he could wait on me while she was pulling pizzas out of the oven. And he literally told her no that he did not have to.

I placed a 730 pick-up time. When I submitted the order, it said see you at 637-653. We will not be home at that point, so I guess its cold pizza. They also won't answer their phones, so I cant even talk to anyone to correct the issue. Terrible service.

Received outstanding service this evening from Matthew. Dude was singlehandedly preparing all the food while also helping customers like myself figure out payment options since the in-store register was down. Even with everything going on, my order was ready in no time flat. I don't often write reviews but I had to hop on here and give props to a true professional. The food was great too, for the record.
