Do you love a large part of the pizza being crust? I don't either. I used to love Papa Johns but moved out of delivery area. There was a 6 person line and no one even looked up to see if they could hand out pizzas for 15 minutes. The pizza itself had a huge crust and just wasn't good. With 3 kids we normally finish 2 pizzas, but not today...

It was a father's day. These 2 gentlemen were drowned in orders and when I went there they were running behind but they asked me for 20 more minutes instead of canceling the order. The guy (apologies for forgetting the name) in the black tee from another location delivered his promise, apologized for the delay and when I went there back to pick it up despite all the chaos and rudeness in -person and on the phone he delivered me with a smile. I'll say worth a wait for this level of customer service. If that man is reading this review, happy Father's Day brother you rock and this man deserves a raise and gratitude.

Came in and they were obviously busy with orders which I completely understand and I was more than willing to wait. I watched a male employee with a brown beard scream at a DoorDash delivery worker for kindly notifying the employee of a new order he received. The employee shouted “does it look like I have any orders ready?” and refused to attempt to understand the customer. I work in the service industry and understand being frustrated while dealing with rude customers but this customer was being completely understanding and clear and got yelled at in return. If I ever spoke to a customer the way that this employee did I would be fired on the spot. I also watched the employee yell at his female coworkers multiple times. I should never have to watch anyone be treated the way that they were treated by this employee.

8 workers standing around, no acknowledgment when coming in for pick up order. Acknowledged next gentleman who came in by name and checked him out first. Still didn’t acknowledge me for couple minutes asked my name, had me pay. Receipt printed as worker walked away. Just straight rude. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

This is the most inedible food I’ve ever had and shouldn’t be sold. Do not do it. Make your own or eat something else. This franchise should disappear

Actually the worst Papa John's in Columbus, go to the Powell location it is so much better
Driver—shunted on to DoorDash even though we ordered through Papa John’s—marked our order as delivered. It wasn’t delivered.
Tried to call Papa John’s for about five hours to make it right, no answer, no way to get through to the store except to show up and get ignored by staff who could care less.
Still waiting a day later for anyone higher up to actually return messages. It’s just thievery at this point.
This is the first 1 star review I have ever given.
Update: 24 hours later finally got ahold of a woman manager…. Who hung up on me. How helpful. Contacted social media and they’ve promised to get my refund and were more helpful and listened at least.
Skip this location: Employees and management seem to be resentful at best of their job and I can only imagine what that means for the quality of the product they are making.

I placed an order on the app and arrived to pick it up when the app said it was ready. The cashier was extremely rude, she yelled at me, saying the app was wrong and that they were cooking it now. That’s so unprofessional! I will never come back; this was the worst experience ever. Pepperoni? Where?

Do not order from this location unless you want the delivery driver to steal the food. Oh and don't expect anyone to actually answer the phone when you call to ask what is going on. Cannot recommend them less. There are way too many good pizza options around here to justify the terrible service you can expect from this location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery thru Grubhub. 45 minutes later, i received a text from the driver that my order was canceled. The pizza had been given to someone else. This place has truly deteriorated in service and food quality.

Ordered from here they took an hour and half to deliver and food was completely cold as well as the pizza was only about 60% covered with toppings and they didn't even use the correct dough. When I did survey it asked if I would like to be contacted by the store to resolve issue. No one from this location has reached out after I made multiple attempts to get resolution with no response. Wouldn't order from here or any papa johns again. I would definitely skip from ordering from this location.
