This is the most inedible food I’ve ever had and shouldn’t be sold. Do not do it. Make your own or eat something else. This franchise should disappear

Driver—shunted on to DoorDash even though we ordered through Papa John’s—marked our order as delivered. It wasn’t delivered.
Tried to call Papa John’s for about five hours to make it right, no answer, no way to get through to the store except to show up and get ignored by staff who could care less.
Still waiting a day later for anyone higher up to actually return messages. It’s just thievery at this point.
This is the first 1 star review I have ever given.
Update: 24 hours later finally got ahold of a woman manager…. Who hung up on me. How helpful. Contacted social media and they’ve promised to get my refund and were more helpful and listened at least.
Skip this location: Employees and management seem to be resentful at best of their job and I can only imagine what that means for the quality of the product they are making.

I placed an order on the app and arrived to pick it up when the app said it was ready. The cashier was extremely rude, she yelled at me, saying the app was wrong and that they were cooking it now. That’s so unprofessional! I will never come back; this was the worst experience ever. Pepperoni? Where?

Do not order from this location unless you want the delivery driver to steal the food. Oh and don't expect anyone to actually answer the phone when you call to ask what is going on. Cannot recommend them less. There are way too many good pizza options around here to justify the terrible service you can expect from this location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery thru Grubhub. 45 minutes later, i received a text from the driver that my order was canceled. The pizza had been given to someone else. This place has truly deteriorated in service and food quality.

Ordered from here they took an hour and half to deliver and food was completely cold as well as the pizza was only about 60% covered with toppings and they didn't even use the correct dough. When I did survey it asked if I would like to be contacted by the store to resolve issue. No one from this location has reached out after I made multiple attempts to get resolution with no response. Wouldn't order from here or any papa johns again. I would definitely skip from ordering from this location.

Ordered extra cheese and there wasn’t even enough for regular cheese.
This location is great unless something big is scheduled to happen like a football game, hockey game etc. Unfortunately they just don’t have the staffing to accommodate a night like that. Pizza will never be on time, warm or cut and they will always forget the extra sauce. I knew better than to order a pizza from here tonight but did it anyway in hopes that the owners got their shit together. They didn’t.
However, any other night they are awesome. I know the staff works hard and my guess is they are underpaid just like the rest of us. So, if you want a good experience from this location, just don’t order on a night that is expected to be busy.

Usually I like to order my from the Papa Johns on Bethel rd in Columbus Ohio, but tonight was ridiculous. I ordered a New York style pizza and they messed it up. Which is no big deal, cause mistakes happen. I was going to wait for my new pizza to be made. But the Lady threw a small tantrum and got an attitude with me for calling it out for being made wrong. Because of her attitude I just asked for my money back and she continued to be rude through the whole process. I'll still order from this location, but I WILL NEVER order from there again at night. The night shift is terrible, i don't recommend it!

Placed an online order for delivery and ended up coming to this store to pick up instead, after calling. I had no problem coming in once i got there and realized they left Leeland by himself to take orders by phone, walk-ins, doordash etc AND make all of those pizzas completely by himself on a busy night. When i got there to pick up my order he was very sweet and apologetic and offered a refund, i ended up telling him not to stress and left to go elsewhere. Unsure if Leeland is a manager - maybe he was doing everything so that someone else wouldnt have to - but if not, as a manager myself, i could never imagine leaving my staff to fend for themselves like that.
Every time i come to this location it seems they never have more than one person doing everything, not fair. 5 star service simply because of Leeland.

Typical Papa John’s pizza. The thin crust is surprisingly good but the original crust is my favorite. The peperoncinos are my favorite part and I always order extra. Cheese sauce is good too. Lots of options for everyone
