I don't know why I haven't learned to never order from here again. Every time I order the pizza is cut wrong. Order shaq-a-roni get 10 slices not 8 as advertised. Order square cut or "Chicago cut" and get pie cut every time. Even tried to order no cut. Thinking that I'll just cut my own damn pizza. Wrong it gets pie cut too. 100% would not recommend this place.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on the app. Pizzas got to us and they were wrong. Ordered a BBQ Chicken Hawaiian Pizza, and a Pepperoni, Banana Pepper, and Mushroom, received a pepperoni and mushroom, and then a pizza with BBQ sauce, onions, and Banana pepper. When I called the store to attempt to get it fixed, the "Manager" was very rude and acted like I was lying, made a statement "I put those Banana peppers on myself" Yeah...on the wrong pizza. I was asked to bring the pizzas in, if it was that easy, I would have just picked them up instead of paying extra for delivery. So we agreed on sending pictures via email..and turns out the email doesn't exist and now I can't reach anyone on the phone.

Ordered online & then the order was canceled by DoorDash but kept getting texts order was running late. (shrug) Tried calling to find out status but was told "wrong store" & they have no way of providing contact info for any other store (franchising and all). Really poor customer service, super unprofessional, lacking in organization & online ordering is a disaster. If DoorDash can cancel an order, they better own that franchise. Lesson learned, never a again & if I could give zero stars, I would.

Treated me very badly! Ordered 2 mediums 6.99 each. Order came out to 16 dollars some how. When I asked why they couldn't tell me why. They told me to call Shaquille O'Neil and ask him. Guys name was Colton or Holton . I sat in there for 15 minutes while they computer issues, and when I went to pay I ran 2 bank cards that both had plenty of money, to which the system kept saying timed out. They told me that meant I had no money and should of brought cash, then took the pizzas back said it was fault. I then ordered pizza from sparanos on west broad slid my bank card and it worked fine. I honestly think they did it on purpose. After everything was done I was late to work 20 minutes. I also called customer service where they did confirm that the system for some reason did charge me 2 dollars extra for no reason. And I was there only customer.20 minutes no one. Just me and I got treated like I was poor cause there system said timed out.i even told em I'm not stupid if it was declined it would of said declined. My 14 dollar food should of been free that day but instead I spent 25 dollars at spranos pizza . Which is my favorite pizza spot now. I will never go with papa johns again.
