This place is all over the spectrum. It is either just one employee trying to do it all as far as answering the phones, taking orders, cooking everything, packaging everything, and dealing with customers and delivery drivers. Or it is five or six employees in there all arguing and tripping over each other and not getting anything done in the meantime. I have ordered delivery before and been told that it’ll be ready in 15 minutes, I’ll drive there within 10 minutes, and then I’m still waiting a half an hour later. Once somebody actually acknowledges you then you’re told it’ll be another half an hour. Just this past week, my wife and I ordered because my father-in-law was in town. We got delivery so no one would have to leave to go get it. Well, the delivery gets passed off to DoorDash and most of our order was missing. So there’s no way to know if it was the store who skimped, or the DoorDash delivery driver who thieved. And, nobody wants to go down that rabbit hole at 9:30 at night and try to track down. Who exactly did what when you know everyone’s just going to deny it. It’ll be a long time before we even think about ordering here again.

I don't know why I tried this location again. Pizza was practically all crust and service was super slow. Papa John's pizza is so good but this location has a huge hill to climb for me ever to back. Super disappointed

Worst service on the West side. Ordered two pizzas and wings at 5:30 p.m. The app said DoorDash was delivering at 6:30, then 7:10, then 7:30. Then updates stopped. No call from store to explain delay. Pizza arrived at 8:30 pm, 3 hours later. Pizza was cold. No sorry no coupons no refund. Contacted corporate got a form email and no follow up. They suck.

Ordered during a busy time with is fine. Waited over an hour for 1 pepperoni pizza. Got here and the pizza didnt have cheese on most of it. Just a thrown together mess. I’m gonna eat it but I will never order from this store again. Hope they find people who care about their jobs

Forgot things on order and when trying to call the establishment to correct order they act like their to busy cause you legit sit on the phone waiting for over 20 mins to have the phone ring then get their stupid recording again over and over and no one ever answering.
We ordered at 5:45pm and the tracker page told us we could pick up between 6:08-6:18. We got our pizza at almost 7pm after being told they didn’t have the order (along with several other customers). We got out to the car and noticed the four sauces that are advertised to come with the “Pappa Dippa” pizza were missing so went back in to ask (after waiting almost an hour) and the guy said “Did you think to look inside the box?”. As if we didn’t look and that is how we came to the conclusion they were missing. Everyone was just super rude, likely there weren’t enough people working and everyone was stressed which is understandable but I still feel like you shouldn’t talk to customers like they’re idiots when they’re just asking for missing items. The wings we got also had no sauce as ordered but luckily we added our own at home. Just disappointed and won’t be back to this location.

AVOID THIS LOCATION, they are a straight up joke. Ordered delivery at 6:15, it’s now 8:00pm and I had to go in to get my ordered just for them to be putting the pizza in the oven. Got my delivery fee back but not the tip, my tip is to answer the phone.

I ordered on the papa John’s app for delivery today around 4:15pm when tracking the order it said the pizza would be here between 4:38-4:48, and that DoorDash was delivering the order. I get a text from DoorDash at 4:52 saying “sorry you might want to cancel this. I've never seen more nothing getting done. and crew fighting this order is not even close to in the oven. they wont give me a time“. I called and spoke with the manager, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me my pizza was done and yelled for the DoorDash drive while on the phone, and informed me my pizza would be to me on 8-10min. Well I didn’t get my pizza until 32 minutes later around 5:38pm. The thin crust pizza was thicker than the original crust pizza, the thin crust wasn’t cut all the way through..The original crust pizza had sauce on half and kind of faded to nothing on the other side, the original crust was so thin it was almost see through and it was at basically room temp by the time I got it. Now I might not have been so bothered by this but I have a problem with this place EVERY single time I order. Last time it took forever, before that the order was wrong and before that which was a long time ago I was delivered breadsticks that were completely raw in the middle, you could literally pull them apart and the raw bough stretched like a string. I wouldn’t have paid what I paid for what I got and the managers customer service wasn’t that of a manager. This place needs to do better, I won’t be ordering here again.
