I love Papa John's pizza first and for most. But this location is a joke. Over half of your pizza is going to be crust and let's not even talk about making it correctly with the correct ingredients. Haha. Then when you go in and tell the manager the trys to pass the buck on to her other employees. I feel sorry for her employees. What a horrible manager/person.

Waited 2 hours for a cold pizza and wings to be delivered. On top of that they didn’t bring me my full order. When I called they can’t help me. Definitely don’t recommend this sorry excuse of a restaurant.

We had an issue at a store level called the store they called general manager, general manager personally came to my house refunding me my money for the issue that I had for my whole order working in the customer service, this truely means a lot to know that there are other people out there like this and wanting to make things right and build that rapport with the customers!! Awesome jobs to her!! Thank you so much!!!

They place you on hold and never return if they hear the blackness in your voice. 5-10-25 11:21 pm to 11:40pm. Got a female friend to call on my behalf and wahlah someone was able to assist. The thing is they sucked at their job as well… despite being a mile and a half away from their location was told they dnt make deliveries where i was but would transfer me to another location that do. Got some guy from overseas didn’t tell me the location that would now be responsible or anything. Didn’t ask how would we like our receipt just wanted payment and asking for a tip after it took practically an hr just to place the order in the first place…terrible staff terrible customer service i would give them zero stars if i could…

Ordered 2 pizzas and waited over 1hr. Got home ate the pizza and it felt like eating a day old pizza. If you going to make us wait at least provide fresh pizza. Worst Papa John’s location on west Columbus so far. Only reason they in business is because the location. I’m sure most aren’t return customers.

Don't believe I've ever had an order from here come within the delivery window given. You set up a scheduled delivery time and it's 45+ min past the scheduled delivery time and still hasn't left the building, you know the low stars are deserved

I ordered delivery of two pizza and Papa bites when I got the order the driver left it at the front doorstep. I went to pick it up and I only got one pizza out of the three items. I’ve been trying to call them, but no one seems to be picking up I’ve been trying for the past 45 minutes and all I get is a wait time When I tried to The person who takes phone orders she just skipped me right to the front desk without even listening to my complaints my order was $62 and I only got a $17 pizza
Didn’t catch her name but the lady working was amazing. I got there a few minutes early and she was the only one working. Said everyone had quit and she was the only one to show up. Kept apologizing and made my daughter a cookie with our order for the wait.

A big thank you to Papa John's for their conscious decision to send a large Philly Cheese Steak Pizza and a Large veggie pizza to our pizza tasting contest at our Easter Jam. Hands down this was my favorite donation as they did it to accommodate the folks who do not eat pork and meat!! After the votes were tallied Papa John's Kendra was found to have the biggest heart and THE best Philly Cheesesteak as most had never had it!

I placed an order on Pi Day that included cheesy breadsticks, a pizza, and a 2-liter of soda. Unfortunately, only the breadsticks and soda were delivered—my pizza was completely missing. I immediately tried to call the store to resolve the issue and was placed on hold for 45 minutes, but no one ever answered.
Frustrated, I intended to stop by the store the next day but couldn’t make it. I gave them another chance and called again, only to sit on hold for another 30 minutes with no response.
This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be supporting Papa John’s anymore, and honestly, I hope this location gets held accountable for how poorly it’s run.

We ordered a large Epic Stuffed Crust pizza and a 10 inch Cheesey Bread. When I arrived for pick up, there were at least 6 of us waiting for our order. They screamed out names that were ready. Have a few orders and walked away for a few minutes . Once I got my food home and it was not correct. We didn’t get our stuffed crust, which was what we were excited for. Our Cheesey bread was over cooked too. I recommend ordering from here on a slow night, not a Friday or Saturday. This was the first bad experience I’ve had here, but it’s enough to send me to a different location.
