Delivery driver seemed to take it into his own hands to tip himself a hefty $7 ! If ordering online best bet is to pay with cash. I’ve never experienced this situation before but I won’t be returning. Worst customer service as well, Also impossible to get into contact with manager.

I had a pizza for pick up at 5pm. I got text notifications about the pizza it was ready and sitting there for pick up at 4:40.... I could not pick it up till 5 due to working... Once i drove all the way home to London our pizza wasn't even cut.... There was no garlic sauce or peppers.... Very disappointed... We do not have a papa John's close to us so when we do order it we're excited... This was a disappointing meal.... Avoid this location

I definitely write off people’s negative reviews for the most part, because people are insane, but SERIOUSLY pay attention to the negative reviews this time. ? This PJ is the closest location to us (but not a quick drive, to be clear), so I keep going back thinking every time is just a fluke but it is absolutely NOT lol.Every single time it’s something new. The first time they didn’t have one of the toppings, so just…. Didn’t make my pizza but also didn’t tell me? So I showed up for no pizza. Another time they were short staffed, understandable, but again… they just didn’t make the pizza and didn’t tell me? I’ve lost track of the others but the most recent time the pizzas were ready on time and one was pretty normal, but then the other was completely flat? And the garlic knots had nothing at all on them? I honestly leave this location feeling like they’re trolling me every time with the new and different ways to create a bad experience. I keep trying to defend PJ to my husband, but I give up.

Ordered 2 pizzas after waiting nearly 2 hours for them to get here they were cold and one was nearly completely wrong with no cheese and the wrong sauce I tried to call and complian and they refuse to answer the phone (still waiting as of writing this I'm 30 minutes in) if you can order any where else do so don't waste your money here!!!!

From my experience with this place, they seem to never get the orders right, they seem to always forget things in your orders. They will not ever care to fix your order, and when Door Dash delivery steals some of your order, they seem to tell you they don't care. I will never eat here or order from here again. It is my opinion that the franchise owner of this location doesn't care about this location.

Papa Johns is priced horribly even with deals/specials, similar price to buying a really good pizza from an independent place. It's not particularly good and I can tell you from experience (not at this location but at a few others) that working for them is absolutely abysmal and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.This is one of the understaffed ones as usual, insane how they can't hire or retain a number of people considering how expensive things are.We're surrounded by good pizza places here, society has outgrown the need for Papa Johns. Please realize this, order somewhere else, and let it die.

I ordered pizza for delivery and they are doing deliveries through DoorDash now. I ordered a 2-liter of Mountain Dew and the DoorDash guy didn’t speak very great English and denied that I ordered a drink with my order. Seriously? Make sure you give the dasher the whole order before they leave the store!

Pizza cost $21.98 and did not have the correct toppings, was late. When I called the store. I was told they would replace my pizza when they got a chance and it could take up to 2-3 hours for this to happen. I asked if I could just pick up the new pizza. I was told yes. However, it will still take 2-3 hours for a new pizza to be made. Keep in mind that I ordered the pizza on the ph. and it took 45 mins. to get here when promised that it would be her in 25 mins. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! They claim they have the best customer service. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! UGH! Remember the days when you could get a good pizza from Papa Johns???????? I DO NOT!

We waited 90 mins for delivery, the food never showed up, we finally called and they canceled our food because the oven was broken supposedly. We called the store to ask what was going on, the person who answered was very rude. We never received a call or a warning and did not receive a refund. Would not recommend.
