I ordered two hours ago with an expected 45 min wait time. I’ve waited 30 min on the phone to check my order. I’m currently waiting to speak to a manager to cancel my order. What a trash company.

Delivered cold food,
garlic knots not cooked all the way, told to call for refund or to complain, me and wife called for 45 minutes now and twice picked up and hung up on us. Never got to tell them the problem. Still currently waiting for someone to answer right now. Stay away from papa johns

I haven't ordered here in years. And my first time back I honestly couldn't have been happier. My only complaint is the automated answering machine but what can you do about that... The prices are reasonable, service is on point, and my pizza was fresh/delicious. Some places still offer good services

Nothing like calling and making an order only for it to never show up. This seems to be the big downfall with 3rd party groups making your orders.

I’ve given this location multiple chances to get my orders correct & provide good customer service before leaving a negative review… but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I literally just got home from picking up my order and am super disappointed. I went to pick up my order and when I walked in I went up to the counter/register… There were 4 employees who all looked up at me and saw me walk in… They didn’t greet me, but that’s not what I’m upset about… The employees were working and talking to each other… and as I stood there at the counter patiently waiting for someone to ask how they can help me or assist me, they would just randomly look at me standing there and acting as if I wasn’t even there. I stood there for literally 10 mins (yes I was timing it)…. When a 5th employee walked in (a pizza delivery driver)… As he walked in, I asked him if he could help me because I was picking up an order. One of the other 4 employees that were ignoring me that whole time, looked over at me and simply said “name?”… I told them my name, and they walked over to the stack of orders, set it in front of me, and just walked away… no thank you, nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. SMH

Then to make matters worse, my order was messed up. I ordered a well-done pizza with half pepperoni and half jalapeños. And they completely forgot the pepperoni… and it looks like they took a handful of jalapeños and just dumped them in one area. Also, it’s clearly not well done and is still doughy and undercooked. Smh Also I ordered 6 BBQ wings and 6 honey chipotle wings and they were both BBQ flavored.

I’m not here to get anyone in trouble, but I truly hope ownership and/or management talks to the employees and let them know that their lack of good customer service is unacceptable and trains them again, as well contacts me directly about this experience. I left 1 star ⭐️ but it’s really 5 thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered at about 3:20 and did not get my order till about 5:50. I had to call multiple times and was told twice my order was headed out which was a lie. I was not mean or anything I was just super disappointed in the fail across the board. The delivery driver told me to order from another shop next time. The order was missing items and made inccorectly.

Nice clean store and friendly people. Pizzas were ready on time when I picked them up. Good place, good food.

Order said ready for pickup at 6:50. I arrive at the store at 7:00pm. There is like 3 doordashers in there waiting before i walk in. 15minutes of them ignoring me looking at there computer for orders that were not there meanwhile mine sitting at the counter the whole time. 7:15 i finally received my pizza that was sitting there the whole time all because they thought it wasnt made yet and didnt bother to look at the name.

Ordered pizza for delivery today, Tuscan 6 cheese and a sausage pizza. Both doughs were cardboard thin and dry, and the Tuscan was burnt on the bottom. Tasted terrible and almost cold.

Do not order online for this location. Ordered at 2pm for a 7:45 pm pickup and waited almost two hours after time of delivery. I called at lease 15 times to see the status of my order and was disconnected every time after the phone was answered. I can hear from the background the front receptionist telling everyone there is an hour wait. How can I prepaid for my online order and they haven’t been delivered yet. I personally drove there and see what happened to my order. They have no excuses except their extremely busy. Cancelled my order and asked for a refund. This place needs new management training.

I placed an order at 8:20 pm on Saturday night. According to the app (Papa Track), my pizza was supposed to arrive by 9:15. It finally showed up at 10 pm, and it was cold and inedible. Bad quality ingredients, and too salty.
I wouldn’t recommend this location.
