Super fast delivery. Was quoted 1:15 delivery and it got here at 12:55. About 30 min tops. Received all of my dips seasonings that were ordered. Food was hot and fresh and super tasty. This experience has redeemed papa johns for me.

Ordered a pizza in advance (we selected a time instead of asap when ordering) and it was more than 30 min late. Trash service but that’s what you can expect from orders on this side of town I guess…. SE Columbus is too ghetto.

Amazing experience. Order was Correct the 1st time. Nothing missing. Food was hot and done correctly. Amazing job to all the employee's at that location. Night and day compared to Pizza Hut down the road.
Orderd a epic stuff crust,ex cheese and cupped pepperoni.,with cheese stiks,what ever you do don't pay for your food before you see it.it was horrible. I refused to pay $30 for that crap!!!

We are right outside of the delivery zone by a couple houses. I called tonight and the manager Tae answered, and she said they would absolutely deliver to us! We haven’t received our food just yet. But I’m hopeful that Tae will make sure we are taken care of and make sure we get our Garlic Butter Sauce. Tae, thank you for your amazing customer service! You were amazing on the phone and we appreciate you!!

I stood there and waited until someone finished texting - then he seemed to notice me and took my order - after 12 minutes or more , no one said my wings were ready and they were some of the smallest wings I’ve ever seen - frequently I’m handed my wings and I have to ask the attendant may I have a bag .
