1-26-26 930pm. Whoever is working right now are terrible. Ordered from uber had 1 driver the entire time he came to pick it up and they said they already handed the food to someone else. So whoever is working at the store at this hour gave my food away without checking the phone of the person they gave my food to, to make sure they were delivering to me! Your job isn’t hard make my food and make sure it gets delivered to the correct person!

I was highly disgusted with everything about this location (1144 WILLIAMS RD, Columbus, OH) anyway I walk in to pick up my online order the lady was on the phone not once did she acknowledge me there. She hung up that call and answered another still not a greeting nothing. While I waited for her 5 min call I observed a man in the kitchen vaping so I turned my attention to him like he can’t be serious and sure enough he was he walked over grabbed a pan of dough and proceeded to make pizzas while still holding his vape in one hand mind you he was making the pizza gloveless and nvr washed his hands. Well I continued to watch him hit the vape while he made the pizza blowing smoke all over someone’s food. This whole time I still received no acknowledgment from the lady at the counter which I no longer needed because I immediately left. No way am I feeding my family food made by someone smoking over it and using bare hands. VERRRRRYYYY UNSANITARY!!!!! When I went back in because it didn’t sit right with me another customer told me she had to ask the man to wash his hands because she too watched him vaping and digging in his pockets. I thought I was tripping but after reading other reviews I am sure I wasn’t so I am editing this review . The blonde lady who was at counter didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in (I am black) but as I walked out a white lady was walking in that she immediately greeted and by the time I pulled out the parking lot she was walking out with her food. So I agree with the other review the blonde lady gives racist and is very rude towards black customers.

Rude employees, food was absolutely awful. The pizza had hardly any sauce or cheese and was bubbled up badly. Ordered wings, well done, and they were not even thoroughly cooked. The chicken was still pink when I bit into one of them!
Never again. Be advised, you're better off going elsewhere. This store is terrible!

I was in for a delivery and was politely trying to ask about my order and I feel bc I was black I got yelled at but when the white lady asked about her delivery they were kind and polite the blonde lady needs to work on her customer service skills I'm highly pissed
First time trying out this location. I was apprehensive at first because of reviews I had seen. However it was completely the opposite. Our food was hot, fresh and quick. We will definitely be back

This food has not been the best, but I still come. But I think today is my last time. At about 1230am this morning my daughter and I got the nastiest and I think really undercooked food. Garlic parm chicken was not hot , it had a weird taste. It was not well done at all. My papadia was mushy. I really feel like they may have given me an old order. I want my $13.98 and my $1.02 back. Because the boy knew what kind of food I was getting.
