I don’t think you should charge 52.00 for a blueberry chiffon cake and then give your customers an old stale cake. I will have to file a claim because this isn’t right.
My family and I drove 2.5 hours from west virginia to purchase our Chrismas cake (blueberry chiffon) for 52.00 at a Columbus, OH location on December 17th, 2025. The cake made it home (another 2.5 hour drive) and when we tasted it, it was stale. I wrote a review for this and was directed here. I do not think it is fair to charge 52.00 for a stale cake and I cannot drive another 5 hours back to return this. The frosting was hard and dry as was the cake inside. It is going in the garbage and I need a refund back onto my card or be issued a store credit for my next stop into town (we come into columbus ohio every third wednesday of the month and never make more than 1 trip every 4 weeks). Please respond for a resolution. I have been a long term customer even when I grew up in NYC and have purchased a cake nearly every Christmas. I have also purchased for birthdays, Easter and even for non-occasions.

I went to Paris Baguette in Easton for the first time this morning! I wanted a pastry of some kind. I had a hard time making up my mind because they had a very nice selection of awesome-looking pastries. Finally, I settled on the Bombolone which is an Italian doughnut. It was THE VERY BEST doughnut I have ever had! Very freshly baked, slightly crisp on the outside, coated with chocolate frosting on the outside and plenty of some kind of delicious chocolate filling on the inside! It's pricey, but we're talking about very high quality baked goods. And, by the way, it was a very pleasant atmosphere! I definitely will be going back!

The coffee croissant donut? Instant obsession. It’s pillowy, buttery, with the right amount of coffee cream and perfectly iced. GET IT. You won’t be disappointed.
Between now paying over SIX DOLLARS for a single donut, $10+ dollars for a simple breakfast sandwich, abhorrent customer service and very unfriendly staff, I could never suggest this business again. The food is good, but there's absolutely no reason to be charging the prices they do. Over $30 for a couple donuts and sandwiches is INSANE.
