I visit there today with my husband and son to have coffee. It was around 7 pm, and the employee literally surrounded the tables with chairs stacked up for mopping. There were available seats, but she told us we couldn't sit down. We left feeling very undervalued because we were specific when we asked for coffee to drink there, and in the end, they refused to give us seats

First thing. Check the toilet. If sanitary, eat there. Something feels filthy and not eat. Coffee no good. Sub par. Mocha way too artificial. Bakery gone down in quality. PB in other cities wee better. Overall this franchise is not headed to the right direction.

First time customer and it was clean, friendly staff, and fun to pick and choose. I suggest trying the Dubai donut. My daughter and I shared one and we oohed over it. Delicious! 😋

First visit. Got a slice of tiramisu and a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake was terrible, I told the associate I was concerned it was old ( it was hard to the touch and tasted off). She told me it was fresh and left it at that. So either they have really bad cheesecake or they are not as vigilant about freshness as they claim. Either way I won't be going there again. I understand all sales are final no returns or refunds but if you serve me old or bad food I feel like that should be an exception. The associate wasn't rude or anything but not a fan of that customer service and I really wouldn't trust anything else in the store at this point.

Week 3 of our coffee shop hopping! 10/10 experience. Presentation, ambience, parking, location! Very cute and bonus point a half priced book right next to it!

We didn't like the three desserts we ordered; the tiramisu didn't taste like coffee, the macarons were too sweet for our taste, the presentation was very nice, but the tables were a bit dirty.

Oopsies, I accidentally gave this place 5 stars for having nice bread. Dropping to 1 star after re-examining my receipt and remembering that they had asked me to tip my entire order, which mostly contained pre-packaged bread items from the shelf. Why do you think you're entitled to the same 20~30% tip that a waitress at a full-service sit-down restaurant deserves? What am I tipping for? The gloomy-faced cashier who put my items in a bag? The bag itself? The cost of the ingredients? Why not just raise prices on your actual goods? Anyway, whatever. Who cares. Belle's Bread is way better anyway. They don't ask for ridiculous tip on their bread.

Wolf, definitely the worst out of the locations I've been to. The parking here is god-awful. I do not know why anyone would want to go here. Voluntarily, on top of that, the food is just subpar at this location. I'm not really sure why it's different. It should taste the same. As far as I know it's all the same recipes as the other locations, but the real nail in the coffin was the rude customer service. I was assisted by a. I believe it was Marsha or maybe Marcy. She was just very rude and I don't appreciate that kind of thing. So I will not be back to this location. Even though Grandview is probably the side of town I'm on most. I would prefer to go to the Polaris location so nothing against Paris baguette. Just this location is not great
