The breakfast focaccia didn’t quite do it for me but the perfect cappuccino, lovely vibes and friendly staff more than made up for it!!

On Saturday July 20, 2024, we visited the Park Service Coffee restaurant located at 19 Russell Street in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, we encountered a distressing experience when the woman working there denied us access to the bathroom with our 3-year-old child. Her behavior was not only unaccommodating but also unfriendly and mean-spirited. Furthermore, we perceived her actions as discriminatory and racist towards us, particularly towards our young child. Although we had made a purchase, she refused to provide us with the bathroom code. However, the register attendant did ultimately provide us with the code. We are deeply disappointed in the manner in which we were treated and hope that the restaurant will take steps to address this incident and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

Coffee was fairly overpriced for a small cup and the service was incredibly slow despite not appearing too busy. Two stars because the coffee itself was pretty decent. Would not return.

Amazing service. Great food. A Cozy coffee nook. I recommend the avocado toast or any pastry.

What a lovely coffee shop! I was greeted with beautiful smiles as I walked in, the aroma of the coffee was terrific, and the homemade baked goods are unbelievable. Coffee chains are truly not worth the time when places like Park Service Coffee exists! Thx Columbus!

After 3 days in Columbus trying several coffee spots, I finally discovered my favorite ?. Park Service has fast and friendly staff, a small but lovely selection of baked treats (everything cheese scones??? Breakfast focaccia? YES PLEASE!), and a chill, lovely atmosphere with a bit more seating than some other downtown spots (look up! There's a loft!).Prices are reasonable, free Wi-Fi, lots of places to charge your device. Love it, love it! I parked at Goodale Park and walked over.

They know specialty coffee! Pour over game is strong and quality drip coffee and espresso bar. Baked goods are tasty (and vegan). Can get busy and a little slow, but that's to be expected for quality. Love the vibe in the shop...cool 2nd floor seating.

Excellent fare! Bit of a wait and a higher price, but you get everything you pay for. Delicious - and vegan!

The coconut lavender is excellent with unsweetened almond milk!Had the Woodhouse Vegan kielbasa + kraut today and threw most of it away. It's the worst kielbasa + kraut I've ever had.Park Service Coffee and Bakery are Excellent, but the Woodhouse Vegan Sandwich is a big Zero!

Drinks are always super high quality and the service is friendly! The specials are always creative and usually feature handmade syrups. Ranks one of the best!
