Parlay Sporting Club + Kitchen

We were a party of 7. I booked online to make it easy and they could expect us. As expected when we arrived we were immediacy seated ( Saturday 4:30 reservation) Service was great. Food was great. We alerted server of a food allergy her and the rest of the kitchen team went out of their way to clean out the fryer and put in fresh oil so that my niece could have french fries. This was super thoughtful. When we went, it was not super busy, but it did pick up quickly and get loud in the restaurant - though it is a sports bar, - it DOES carry restaurant quality, and I would most definitely recommend. Our servers name was Aryanna- she was top notch!!!

The host alexus was great at making sure my volleyball team was able to find seating when we were in town for competition! The managers Jacob and Sarah were super accommodating and personally delivered half a dozen cookies when the dessert round came out. We will be back next time our team is in town

Absolutely lovely staff - especially Yana and Sarah - went above and beyond to make our reading group’s movie night special. Food was wonderful, with the flatbreads a particular crowd favorite but also positive reviews of the pretzel, wings, and nachos. We will be back both as a group and individually to try more of the wonderful-sounding drinks and food!

Service was phenomenal from our server. We were in town for a family funeral all the way from Milwaukee and stumbled Acrossed this place. Drinks were good, especially the old fashioneds since we're Wisconsin old fashioned people. My mother in law ordered a flatbread and asked for it crispy on top and it ended up charred black on the bottom and not cooked on top. It was black and you could smell how burnt it was. The manager came by after the rest of our food was half gone and asked if my mother in law wanted something else but said she didn't want to wait as we would all be done soon. She didn't get dinner. In the past, most managers offer a comp drink instead to make up for the food . She did not offer that. I ordered a wedge salad and ate half of it as it was doused in ranch, sitting in a pool of ranch essentially. The guys ordered a burger and wings and they said it wasn't anything to write home about. We would go back for the drinks, ambiance but not the food. Not one person said the food was exceptional. The food was not worth the price either.

Requested high top for 4 in reservation. We were sat at a booth. When we said something we were moved to a high top but told there was a reservation at 8 for the table.

My wife and I were wanting a place to watch multiple football Games on a Sunday. We also didn't want to eat your typical bar food either. This location hit all our wants and needs. I ordered the hummus plate and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks are literally swords of crispy batter and cheese, they are huge lol. The goat cheese and hummus plate was crisp and refreshing. I cannot say enough about the servers for there hospitality and readiness. Each server asked us if we needed help multiple times and we never had to ask for anything, they were on it. Great service, great food, and a fun atmosphere. It was a great Sunday Funday, thank you.

This was my first and last time coming here. I was given inaccurate information over the phone. I was treated very poorly by the host staff and my waitress Jenna W wasn't the best. The entrees weren't that great and the mozzarella sticks were cold in the middle.

We had a great time after the game on Saturday. Jacob made sure we were taken care of even with such a big group!

We did not stay. We walked in and the music was so loud we could not even hear the hostess. She threw our menus down on a table and walked away. We left immediately. If you want to take shots and scream at eachother- you might like this place but it is not a place to have dinner.

The only thing I don't like is that they do not show you what's on your bill they just bring you a total Other than that, it was a great experience. Can't wait to go back next year.

A customer service superstar saves the day!

After dinner at Hyde Park with long time friends that ended with drinks across the street at Parlay, the valet on the cap was nowhere to be found. No car in sight, no keys available. And in my haste for dinner I had left my entire set of keys with the valet, so no entry to my home either. Btw there was no valet service end time posted, no attempt to find me and hand the keys to me.

Up steps a hero, Sarah, the bar manager.

She called many contacts, searched drawers and every lockbox she knew had sometimes held the keys.

Finally a call back from onenof the contacts and we're off to the off-site lot. Sarah opens the lockbox and my evening is saved!

This was absolutely above and beyond. Parlay is lucky to have this customer service hero.

A big thank you to the Parlay team for helping our company with the large group happy hour we hosted this week! James was professional, friendly, answered all of my planning questions and had everything ready for our group. Jenna and Cada were our dedicated crew and they were AMAZING!! Super friendly, attentive and professional. All of the food was tasty and Parlay has a great vibe. Several of our guests made a point to find us the next day to compliment the space and rave about Jenna and Cada! Thank you Parlay - We are already booked for next year!

We visited Parlay Sports Bar in Columbus for a work function and had an amazing experience. The place was packed and the servers were extremely busy, yet they could not have been friendlier. They kept the energy high, checked in on us often, and made the whole night feel easy and enjoyable in spite of the crowd.

The food was great and came out fresh and full of flavour. Everyone at our table found something they loved. The real show stopper was the vodka and Red Bull Buck. It was the perfect drink for the night and definitely something we would come back for.

Parlay is a fantastic spot for groups, work events, or a casual night out. Great service, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Five stars without hesitation.
