The beers at Parsons North are fantastic. The inside is cozy and welcoming. The patio has picnic-style tables with real grass as the ground cover, which gives it a refreshing real backyard vibe. Parsons North has easily entered the top-tier for my brother and I, and we'll certainly be back!
Wide variety of beers, I really enjoyed the Helles and the Dry-Hopped Pilsner. I’m definitely a lager guy, and they do it well. I can say that they have a few different IPA options as well if that’s your jam, but I didn’t try them yet. I’ll be back though! Especially since both the bartender and owner were really nice and personable. This is a great little spot that feels more connected to the community than some larger breweries.
The best in town, don't ever sleep on Parsons North (or the rest of the area ... Boom Boom Tacos, Toro, Comune, Planks).
The outdoor seating area is not bad, if you are okay with flakes of toxic polyurethane blowing into your drink. This happens because the table tops are in desperate need of being sanded or refinished in some fashion or another. I mentioned this to the bartender, who seemed dismissive and told me they sand the table tops every year. I've done a bit of wood finishing, and these tables seem to have gone much longer than a year since their last sanding. I'm happy to update or remove this negative review, after this problem is fixed.
Great local brew pub. Try the Kolsch
This is my favorite brewery. I love the fact that they have different food trucks everyday. I also love the root beer
Ive been in here twice but bought several brews.
My favorite was a seasonal pecan one, and also the barrel.aged sour I drank today. The seasonal pecan is wonderful, warm and complex ale that tastes of wintertime. The BA sour I had today was fantastic - Almost reads as a simple farmhouse ale but with the BA back. I also had a cinnamon coconut stout which waslike cinnamon toast crunch in a glass without being sickingly sweet. It is dangerously good and crushable.
I really like their pear cider, but I dont know what it is about it but it wreaks digestive havoc on me so I dont drink it anymore. Seriously I drank it like 3 times both in house and from cans and same result. I cant drink it. I am a cider lover, so Im not sure why this specific ones screws with me but I avoid it now.
Overall pretty good brews. You have to go up to the register line to order every time which was a little annoying, but other than that its a pretty good place. Pretty good brews.
Friendly people ? nice clean location, fun place to go!
Beers on draft not the best I would say very average. Joe was an excellent bar tender the other one was rude and very stand off ish. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here but it’s within walking distance for me so halfway decent for the neighborhood. Very expensive and when asked about happy hour you will get a rude response if your from the neighborhood.
Went on a Monday afternoon. After meeting the cool tender/brewer, I was drawn by the 4 Fall-oriented stouts available. They have 1-up'd Jackie O's here and I highly admire this boldness, not to mention the very chill outdoor patio seating in German Village.
The Impaler series stouts are superb, well conditioned, and wood barrel-aged heavenliness. I chose the Chai Spiced Impaler 12% as it was the meanest on the menu, followed by the Chocolate Strawberry Impaler 11%. Both reminiscent of the well finished stouts I enjoyed at Great American Beer Festival 2024, much like Fremont Brewing's BBADS series.
Will return for more enjoyable, experimental stouts on hand.

Great place! I will definitely come back to try more beers.
A great community space
Always solid beer, and a cute outside area. Parking can be difficult, but they post signs so you know where you can park.
It was good. I wish they had some bar food options like a pretzel. The beer is good.
Delicious dry cider. Nice bartender. Mellow, friendly atmosphere.
