I feel my poor experience was likely related to short staffing. When we overheard a waitress explaining the short staffing, we decided to eat at the bar. Drink order was taken immediately. Then we waited…and waited. Husband’s chicken wings finally came out, waitress said “quesadilla, right? I said “Yep.” She said “I’ll be right back with it.” Then I waited…and waited…and waited. Then asked someone to check with the kitchen. Then waited. As my husband finished his last wing, mine came out. No apology, No explanation. To top it off it was gross. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back.

Fun & Food what’s not to love?! The staff were attentive & friendly. We ate there twice on our family trip to Columbus. Plenty of options for kids and plenty of options for adults. There was trivia on Wednesday when we arrived which the kids loved. We were able to walk from the Hyatt Place hotel.

Our server was horrible served us the wrong order and wouldn't fix it

It was loud. But, it was NFL draft.

I come here because it’s the local bar and despite my repeated patronage I get poor service. The bartenders and servers don’t even give me the time of day. I am very active in the Columbus bar scene and it is the only bar where people treat me as if my business does not matter. You try to ask for help and the servers look the other way. Ainstead of treating all people of the same ethnicity equally I see total bias in their behavior. If you are white expect to get overall better service and served immediately but if you are anything else expect the absolute worst. I seen multiple colored people just straight up leave because of how slow the service is despite the place having a small crowd. Done going here and I will recommended everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Loved the neighborhood feel of the place… friendly vibe… good prices…good beer selection… I had the cowboy burger… it wasn’t good at all… pulled pork was too charred… fries were just tired…

Servers were nice. Food was meh.

Menu stated “crispy” wings. I ordered “extra crispy”. Wings showed up soggy and borderline undercooked. Some of the worst I’ve had. I ate 1/2 of one wing. Very little if any sauce or flavor. Wings came with three skimpy celery pieces with watery blue cheese. Side salad was small but okay. I won’t be back for food. Service was fine.

worst experience in a restaurant i’ve ever had. the employees would not serve my party food or drinks, claiming we were rude. All we did was ask for a waiter after 45 of no service. One of the waiters was hammered while working, drinking with her boyfriend instead of helping my table that would have spent $300+ that night.
