Pat and Gracie’s have THE best food in Columbus. Came for lunch today, the mozzarella sticks and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich were top notch! Keep up the amazing work.

Average burger. Nothing special. Reminded me of the burgers in school.

This was my first time dining here and I had a great experience! Our server was ontop of it the entire time. In my opinion the food could use more flavor. The lobster mac was good but I wish it had more spice. My mom who got the spicy chicken sandwich said her meal could have used more heat/spice as well. Other than that I had a great time and will definitely be coming back for brunch.

Ive been there twice in the last couple of weeks. The food is so good and fresh. Jordan the bartender spent great time with my girl talking drinks and finding her own niche ways to change them to work with my girl's very particular tastes. We came right back and it was as good or better than the time before. I tried their wings and the were perfectly cooked and a premium wing. I was so impressed that I bought gift cards for clients.
Thanks Jordan for that extra touch-

Amanda was fantastic! Prompt, efficient and personable. She was attentive but didn’t hover. Food and cocktails were really good for the price point. Will be back- Thanks, Amanda!

Let me start by saying I loved Pat and Gracies. It was a favorite neighborhood place to grab a great meal. Something has changed and my most recent experience was not great. My fries had one very long hair in them. Some one's hair net failed! The mozzarella sticks were served burnt. They are huge honking mozzarella sticks, so I get that they did not want to throw them away, but you can't serve folks food crusted in carcinogens. My last issue is that the person serving us, noticed that we'd finished our marinara sauce, but not our mozzarella sticks (again, they're huge) and offered to "throw another one in the box for us to take home." Nothing implied that we'd be charged for it. We were. Always be up front about add on charges. I love this place and want it to thrive. It seems like some staff training is over due.

Some friends and I went to grab a quick dinner with 5:30 reservations before the Michael Jackson performance last night. We were seated right away and immediately the waitress brought us waters and took our drink order. Our first drink did not arrive until about 25 minutes after we ordered them. When our first drink arrived. I went ahead and placed an order for a second since it took so long to get the drink the first time.
The next drink took 35 -40 minutes to arrive. Our dinner came out before our second drink and again I ordered it as soon as the first one was served. I was almost done with my meal and we needed to hurry up and pay so we could leave for the show that started at 7:30. I said something to the waitress about our service and I know it’s not her fault, but she said the bar was extremely backed up. When we first got there, the place was relatively empty. It did fill up within the next hour, however, in no way was it busy enough to warrant this type of delay from the bar. I just felt like upper management should know that on event nights with your establishment being located two doors down from the theater, you might want to staff more people behind the bar or retrain the ones you have working. For the price point and quality of food, you do not expect the establishment to lack in service to this degree. The food was fine, no complaints there, I’m just not sure if I would return due to such poor service.

Yikes.
Ordered: cider. Received: a cbd NA drink.
Let them know. Server said, "oh yeah, we don't have that one." As if they knew, but intentionally gave me the wrong thing.
Ordered appetizer, the tato tots - delicious.
Took main order (wrote nothing down): burger with jalapenos, cheese, with their spiciest sauce.
Received: veggie burger, no sauce, no cheese, a ramican of ranch on the side, and pieces of a bell pepper on the underside of the burger. It felt like a joke like how people make jokes about mayonnaise being spicy (iykyk) - except this meal ended up costing over 50 bucks for me and another person so... expensive lolz.
Of course, I won't go back - it was down right bizarre. The tots were good, but of course not worth bad attitudes, bad service, bad venue.
