Service was great. I loved the Bacon onion dip and the cheese sticks. Manager Chris came by and said hello and we have never been there. How

Stopped by here during lunch. I enjoy their royal decorations with so many beautiful wallpapers, mirrors and mirror frames. There were many people during lunch hours. The service mainly paid attention on the groups. My servers did apologize for less attention and told me my food would be ready patiently. The room temperature was a little cold, which made the food cool down quickly. Their burgers came with two cheesy patties. I ordered the chimi burger. The chimichurri sauce neutralized the oil and improved the burger taste. The Mac and cheese tasted decent and authentic but it cooled down quickly mainly due to their room temperature.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and salads

I came in with my family, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The place looked great, but the server didn't even know the menu and were very short with me, like as if i wasn't worth their time. Any questions I had, they didn't seem to be confident about their answer. When I finally did get my food, I was more than a little underwhelmed by the portions for the price I had to pay. My fries were all soft and cold and had way too much salt on them that I couldn't even eat them. The burger was ok but not worth the price. I wish my experience could have been better, but I will not be returning.

My husband and I decided to try Pat and Gracie's for a Saturday day date. The service was good, our server was very polite and attentive. The food was okay. We had the fried pickles and wings as our appetizers. They use the bread and butter pickles which are a little too sweet for my liking but the wings were good. I had the Smokehouse BBQ Burger and my husband had a BYO Burger and they were both pretty good. We were there early afternoon so the vibe was low energy. We will visit again on a weekend evening.Parking: It was very difficult to find parking. We had to park a couple blocks away.

Stopped in with some colleagues for lunch. And this was my second time dining in at this location. We were able to get seated right away. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the service was fast. We put in an appetizer for the table we got the House-made Tator Tots with homemade garlic aioli. Which was phenomenal. And then the table got different burgers. I got the double cheeseburger which was very filling and very good. The fries were just okay, I should have asked for some better fries. They seemed liked they had been sitting out a long time and they just were trying to get rid of them. But overall the burger was pretty good. I would recommend to anyone their hamburgers . I wouldn’t get the French Fries again. I would try a different side or just get the sandwich. Our waiter was really nice and friendly. Overall for a lunch it was pretty good. If you are in the area and want a quick burger this will be your place.

We got there about 30 minutes early, checked in (was told that people were still at our table) and found some bar stools. After waiting 45 minutes (15 mins. past reservation time) and watching others be sat. We went back to the host table to inquire about our table. The host appeared lost but did find us table in the back. I had booked a high top table that apparently was given away to others and we were going to be seated at a regular table in the back near the kitchen. Since we already had seats at the bar we decided to just stay there. The bar staff was absolutely fantastic. The host definitely needs to be retrained in how to seat people with reservations that are waiting and not just forget about them.

This is our new place to go before the Ohio Theatre. It is in walking distance to parking & the theater. We've only been here twice but both times we all loved our food. We especially love the fried B&B pickles, tater tots, and the chimi burger. Loved the vanilla cheese cake & banana pudding for dessert. They also have really nice bathrooms. Truly a hidden gem in C-bus!!

Pre-show brunch... A very bland and watered down bloody Mary, banana "beignets" that were dense and lacked flavor (most notably banana), and eggs cooked to the exact opposite of what I ordered. Overall really disappointing.

Underwhelming overall at first impression and upon receiving food and drinks. The food was standard pub fare; the cocktails were weak. Couldn't taste bourbon in the old fashioned or the punch. Unlikely to return.

The salmon dip was very salty. The banana beignets were missing banana flavor altogether. Tasted like fried dough. Even the cream that accompanied it was tasteless. The drinks were good and ambiance is nice. Missed the boat this time around.

We were smashed into a table in the back with barely any room to navigate around. It was like an extra table was thrown in, and we were a table of five, so it was very uncomfortable.
