I don't know if it's just me, or if it's because I'm blessed to live in Cleveland, but after visiting this bakery 2-3 times over the years, I feel like the bakery items just aren't very good. Cleveland Vegan in has Pattycake outdone by miles, Vegan Doughnut Company, also very good, there's several out of home vegan bakeries that have pop-up shops in Cleveland that are also splendid. The Sweets Geek in Willoughby even makes all of their products vegan and gluten free and allergen free are very tasty. Lastly, my favorite, Evexia Cafe in Aurora, where I purchased my vegan wedding cake was marvelously done.
I hate to sound negative, but ultimately this is a negative review. Pattycake's bakes may have been good back in 2010 when there were not other options, but since then, the vegan world has expanded and I feel like Pattycake isn't meeting the mark.

Really nice store, helpful service, and tasty desserts!
I called the store to make a custom order and share my ideas for a celebration cake. The team was able to work with me and create a cake that looked and tasted pretty good! Also, it was pretty cool that the cakes were dairy-free and egg-free.
Overall, the taste was pretty good and I was really happy with how the order came out. I would recommend this cake shop for your custom cake orders in the future!

I picked up an already baked cake this past Thursday for my mom’s birthday. I have never been here before. The cake got raving reviews from the family! It was the white cake with white icing. Tasted like a cake pop! I will be back!!! Thank you!

I have ordered many times from here and everything has been absolutely wonderful!! Just recently, we ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was delicious and adorable! We had to cancel her party due to bad weather, but the cake sure cheered her up!

Why do you offer gluten free options if you literally do not put effort into them? Gluten free cookies and cupcakes tasted like dog treats.

Service always lackluster and sometimes even rude. Much rather buy less/ have less variety and just get what’s at coffee shops.
Or learn to make similar myself at home. Not worth supporting their customer service. Have been going since back at the old location for years. Similar experiences throughout.
Maybe would consider contactless service pickup.
As far as food/ treats go sold in stores shops very reasonable and affordable. Especially compared to the other newer vegan allergen conscious small local bakeries.

We have gluten and nut allergies in our family and some are also vegan. Pattycake is the one bakery I can visit and order one cake that everyone can enjoy. When our extended family gets together for the holidays, celebrations and visits, this is my go-to. And everything is soooo fresh and delicious. Muffins, sticky buns, cakes and cupcakes - everyone knows there are the yummiest treasures tucked inside of the pink box.❤️

I was in town for a conference and needed a last-minute birthday cake on a Sunday when many bakeries are closed I called and they were able to help me get squared away and added a personal message too! Cute little location and they look and smell delicious

Hello, my daughter came to visit me in Dayton, Ohio and she brought a double layer of your very chocolatey chocolate birthday cake with the chocolate icing. It was so very good so moist and the frosting was so sweet and creamy the best birthday cake I’ve ever had. I just turned 62 so I’ve had a lot of birthday cakes. I just wanted to mention how lovely your cake is, Ty im so thankful to my daughter who bought the cake from your bakery and when I visit her in Columbus, I will be sure to go to your bakery and purchase some baked goods that I’m sure are very yummy
