Why do you offer gluten free options if you literally do not put effort into them? Gluten free cookies and cupcakes tasted like dog treats.

Service always lackluster and sometimes even rude. Much rather buy less/ have less variety and just get what’s at coffee shops.
Or learn to make similar myself at home. Not worth supporting their customer service. Have been going since back at the old location for years. Similar experiences throughout.
Maybe would consider contactless service pickup.
As far as food/ treats go sold in stores shops very reasonable and affordable. Especially compared to the other newer vegan allergen conscious small local bakeries.

We have gluten and nut allergies in our family and some are also vegan. Pattycake is the one bakery I can visit and order one cake that everyone can enjoy. When our extended family gets together for the holidays, celebrations and visits, this is my go-to. And everything is soooo fresh and delicious. Muffins, sticky buns, cakes and cupcakes - everyone knows there are the yummiest treasures tucked inside of the pink box.❤️

I was in town for a conference and needed a last-minute birthday cake on a Sunday when many bakeries are closed I called and they were able to help me get squared away and added a personal message too! Cute little location and they look and smell delicious

Hello, my daughter came to visit me in Dayton, Ohio and she brought a double layer of your very chocolatey chocolate birthday cake with the chocolate icing. It was so very good so moist and the frosting was so sweet and creamy the best birthday cake I’ve ever had. I just turned 62 so I’ve had a lot of birthday cakes. I just wanted to mention how lovely your cake is, Ty im so thankful to my daughter who bought the cake from your bakery and when I visit her in Columbus, I will be sure to go to your bakery and purchase some baked goods that I’m sure are very yummy

Pattycake Bakery did an amazing job on our two small wedding cakes (6" single tier) on 9/27/2024! We worked with Elizabeth to select our cake/icing flavors, sizes, and decorations. We decided on vanilla cake with lavender whipped icing, and spice cake with chai buttercream. They matched our wedding colors perfectly and were decorating beautifully. Could not have been happier with the results!

Their whole process was so smooth! We just exchanged a couple emails, they had a quick follow up with our planner and we had beautiful wedding cake! It was truly such a blessing to have a vegan cake with my husband’s allergy. Our guests enjoyed it and raved over how delicious it was.
