We had the opportunity to try this place on a Sunday afternoon. Wasn't very busy and were seating right away. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The brisket was pretty good not great. No better than any other place. We saw they have great happy hour wing prices during the week and they were really good a meaty. The biggest issue with the brisket was the price. I probably paid twice as much per pound than other places for similar quality. Too pricey to come back form more. I will definitely come back for the wings

The atmosphere and service was great. The brisket was amazing and soft. I don’t care for the Mac and Cheese. The greens were warm and not hot. But we’re tender. My wife salad looked amazing and enjoyed it. I believe this is great way to take a load off if your downtown Columbus.
Our food was good. Bartender was friendly and polite. However, tap beer order, glass was half foam. Bartender explained she couldn't get tap to work properly. Shouldn't have served it. I ordered glass of wine, served in dirty glass. When asked, the presumably, Mgr for different glass, she was not happy about replacing. She then asked my husband if he wanted another beer. He explained what happened. Took at least 15 minutes to get a half of a glass of beer. She was on phone, quizzed Bartender, pulled tap wasted beer to see if it worked. She told us it was a $5 tap and couldn't give him a half glass! Finally after again on phone, gave him literally half glass replacement. Service was terrible, disrespectful and not customer friendly. Won't be back.

The food was absolutely horrible! All 3 meats for the sampler where dry and over cooked with an overbearing heat that they put on everything they call a famous sauce! The naked beans tasted like straight tomatoe paste, the sides weren't big enough to feed a toddler and way overpriced the the quantity the give! Explained to the people about the bad experience and nothing was reprimanded for our bad services. Would not recommend to anyone trying to enjoy a decent meal

The waiter was awesome, however, the food not so much. I got the cheesesteak. The meat was dry and overcooked, french fries had skin on them, and I don’t like skin on the fries not many other options. Still a nice place, but most likely wouldn’t come back.
Had a nice meal before a show for a birthday. Not very comfortable seating. Food was great. Pecan pie was wonderful. Ileana gave us delightful service, knowledgable and sweet. The food all came out very fast. The smoked wings were a great appetizer. Sauces were good overall. Ask for the White BBQ for those wings. Final thought...I'll be back.

I had to wait 20 minutes for him to finally get me a check after him telling me to just take it on the house, which I should have. 2 beers and a brisket Philly for $43 is RIDICULOUS especially considering the experience. Go to a different restaurant, allow natural selection to work for this eatery.

1st time here. They weee out of collard greens and baked beans and their soda machine was broken. I ended up ordering unsweetened iced tea. After I finished my glass I was informed that they were out of tea as well. The food was good. The service was decent, but how you run a restaurant and run out of your menu items I do not get. Doubt I make it back.

We celebrated a milestone in our daughter's life with lunch at Pecan Penny's yesterday. The restaurant was very clean and our server, Cody, did an excellent job. Each of us ordered the BBQ bowl and were pleasantly surprised by how well the flavors melded together. The food was very good. We would definitely return and would definitely recommend it to others.

We were so excited to try this place. Wow, mediocre is being extremely generous. The meat was dry and room temp, the "Mac n cheese" was horrible! Rotini noodles with a cheese that tasted like queso. We ordered a corn muffin, it was hard as the table and extremely small. The young lady took it off the bill(4.50). A condiment dish with walnuts was 9$ horrible. Overall this place is high priced and nothing matches the price. The quality of the food was a 2 out of 10. I ordered brisket and smoked chicken, super sad at how bad this was.
Parking: The young lady that waited on us was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The owner needs to step up and revamp her kitchen. The quality and quantity of food is extremely important when charging high prices.
