Penn Station East Coast Subs

Quick and always fresh food. Kond employees. Don't use the restroom some kind of plumbing issue. Smells like a fresh boo boo when you walk in.

Food came out quick, and it looked and tasted really good. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean!

Walked in an hour and 15 minutes before they’re posted close time and was greeted by an employee rolling her eyes and expressing verbal displeasure with my and my sister for coming in we immediately left due to her attitude avoid this place after 7:30 like the plague

Needs to hire more help to support the amount of business they have

Me an my husband ordered 2 Philly's subs, and I ordered it like it says plus green peppers so when we got home and opened it up there was no mushroom no onions no hot banana pepper just x cheese and green peppers, so I called the restaurant an asked to speak to a manager an so Jeffrey said he was an I told him what was wrong an he wanted to argue with me about what I ordered an said that's what I said, so then he proceeded to tell me to bring our sandwiches back an he would add all the things missing, so I asked if they could remake them , he said THAT HE WOULD NOT REMAKE THE SANDWICHES THAT WE SPENT $46.00 AN EVEN BOUGHT THEIR HARD STALE $7.99 BURNT COOKIES 🤬😡🤬 I'M REALLY UPSET THIS WAS SO UNBELIEVABLE, I WORk in the restraunt business an this was a total shock to be treated this way, they should hire new kind friendly humans, not rude nasty people! He argued with me saying that is what I ordered an I would never order a Philly with just green peppers yuk so I improvised an fried my own onion, I can't deal with ppl like that !

Have ordered from this place a few times and haven’t gotten my order right once. Typically like Penn Station subs but will have to find a new location.

I ordered a large chicken parm on white bread with no onions and no mushrooms and they put a ridiculous amount of both on, and gave me wheat. Then when I tried calling to ask for refund, no one answered. I was the only one in the store, so it shouldn’t have been messed up. Very disappointing.

I tried the Philly Cheesesteak at Penn Station and it was good. The steak was tender, the cheese melted well, and the roll was nicely toasted. Overall, a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal.

Each time I have went to this Penn Station the service has been terrible. My order has been messed up each time. This time I ordered two simple sandwiches - I received one of the two, and it was not one of the sandwiches I ordered.

The food was good. It’s chain food and tastes just like all other penn station I had. I did have to wait a really long time for my food (25-30 minutes) which was irritating. The employees were working pretty slow as well. They forgot the mushrooms and onions on my chicken teriyaki which i specifically asked for. That’s my biggest irritation. But the employees were friendly even though I could tell they were probably high. They played really good music.

I visited this location at 8:47 pm and they close at 10 pm. I was told that they didn't have any fries. How do you not have fries available and you make them fresh? I'm looking at the potatoes like, I see them right there.

I visited this location on 10/1/24 to take advantage of the BOGO (Bengal promo).

I ordered 2 cheese steaks.
1 cheese steak without pizza sauce, no mushrooms

1 cheese steak without pizza sauce, mushrooms and extra seasoning

When I got home I discovered that both orders were wrong. I called the store and the manager told me I can make new orders, but I’m going to need my cheesesteaks back.

He didn’t not acknowledge the mistake the store did and was very short and rude. This type of customer service is unbelievably. Please work on business etiquette.

Under staffed, workers arguing with each other. They threw away our ticket so our food was cold when I got back home. This happens every time we come in. Terrible service, slow, find better people or more of them.

Update - Upon getting home after a 30 minute takeout ordeal my order was made incorrectly. Unacceptable.
