The food was good. It’s chain food and tastes just like all other penn station I had. I did have to wait a really long time for my food (25-30 minutes) which was irritating. The employees were working pretty slow as well. They forgot the mushrooms and onions on my chicken teriyaki which i specifically asked for. That’s my biggest irritation. But the employees were friendly even though I could tell they were probably high. They played really good music.

I visited this location at 8:47 pm and they close at 10 pm. I was told that they didn't have any fries. How do you not have fries available and you make them fresh? I'm looking at the potatoes like, I see them right there.

Best Penn station I've been to hands down.
Food is seasoned well, everything is freshly made, the workers are kind. I actually just thought I was gonna pick up the food myself (I ate in) but the cook brought it to me. Whenever I want a Philly this is always the first place on my mind.
